Pros: Perfect location and the staff were amazing. So friendly and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and light. The bed was very comfortable and free bottle waters were a nice touch. Amazing en-suite, nice powerful shower.
Cons: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Pros:
Cons: the room and especially the bathroom is way too narrow, you cannot move in the shower, and the hotel restaurant and breakfast area is underground with very little choice of buffet and the staff of restaurant was unwelcoming

The restaurant staff were fabulous, front of house staff etc. I would definitely go back to stay again. Location was great, close to the underground making it very easy to get to.
Cons: I think my room may have been on a very busy road so it was quite noisy outside until around midnight. This made it a little difficult to sleep but thats not really the hotels fault. I did have a rather abrupt waitress at breakfast. My breakfast was a little meager, I think this may have been owing to my contrary waitress and her manner of taking my order.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Very good and helpful services, the decor is very nicely designed , the room is very pleasent, clean quiet and peacefull.
Cons: The breakfast was very good but the way they charge was a bit strange for me. For example the buffet breakfast that I took was with out hot drinks so there was extra charge for the tea.

Pros: Potting shed was great. The afternoon tea was very good value.

Cons: the room was really small (i was in a single bedroom) but it felt like a closet. It is located off a busy street so could be a bit noisy/ you didn't want your window opened as anyone driving by could see in (gloucester road side)

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect, great for shopping and touristy activities. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The hotel is very modern and beautiful. STK, Zela and the roof top bar are also another great reason to stay at ME London. I will definitely come back.
Cons: The lifts take forever to get to you and the access card system (for the lifts) had glitches several times. I also didn't like that the lobby was always bustling and noisy from guests at STK.

Pros: we’d been to the townhouse for afternoon tea and thought it would be a lovely choice for our wedding night stay. The location is quaint, located on a cobbled street. Pros: Amazing decor. Loved all the artwork and novelties. The cocktail lounge was great and the staff were fantastic.
Cons: Single glazing on the windows meant it was quite noisy. Even though it’s set back from the main road the rubbish men were outside at 11.30 at night and back again at 5.30 in the morning. Such a pity because if it had been quieter we’d definitely have returned.

Cons: The bar downstairs is quite loud. It can be heard upstairs. Also if you are in the bar taking a glass it’s difficult to have a conversation because of the same reason.

Cons: The gym closed at 8:00 PM on the weekend and there was no possibility to use/borrow a yoga mat in my room. The room was not ready at check-in time -- I had to wait a couple hours longer. My room was located next to the alley so I woke from garbage collection noise otherwise the neighborhood was very quiet. The "24-hour" room service had limited options. The staff was a little disorganized at times yet were always pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Really good location
Cons: When we asked to upgrade the room they told us there wasn’t any suites available. There was only a one bedroom suite which was three grades above our booking. When we checked on booking.com there were rooms available. When we informed them of this, the suites suddenly became available. They’re just after your money all of the time. It’s not about customer service.

Pros: Great staff, great location, good breakfast.

Pros: The location is excellent and it is in a very quiet street in London. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and pillows.
Cons: No electric jug or milk to make a cup of tea in your room. Having flown 36 hours I was very frustrated to be denied a jug of hot water by reception and told to use the coffee machine which proved to be faulty. Upon my return to reception I was finally given a jug of hot water to take back to my room. Several of the lights were not working in the room. The hotel is tucked away from the main traffic noise but the floor boards are extremely squeaky so if your neighbours are up and about you will know about it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, very poorly designed and as you are stepping out of a bath it can be very slippery, would not be suitable for less agile guests.

Pros: The hotel is situated right in the heart of central London. The bellman was well train, polite and can remembee every small detail of the guest. The room decoration is pretty nice.
Cons: On the moment we checked in, I raised the ac is quite warm and the staff said the ac works just be patient. So I went out for and got back to the room at late night, AC didn't work. It was even worse. We cant breath in the hotel room. Hence, we asked the staff to change the room and the staff at reception said every rooms in this hotel was fully booked. I should have raise this up since the beginning (which I did). The staff said the AC doesn't work the whole floor. They've been trying to fix it but since it's late at that moment so they will fix it on the next day. However, for some reason they managed to get us moved to the new room. But they actually downgraded our room, the room is smaller, Restroom is half size when compared to the room we got at the beginning. They insisted it's not downgrade and they charged us the same amount of money.

Cons: Room wasn't ready for 2 o'clock, it was past 3 o'clock before it was ready, bit frustrating as we had checked in at 12.30 and was told the room would be ready at 2pm, we were given a complimentary drink in the bar while we waited. Also was asked if we wanted the patio doors unlocked which we did, and had to sign a Health & Safety disclaimer but when we got into the room, the patio doors were looked, so had to phone down to ask them to come up and unlock them.
6,7 Good
Pros: The room at 11th floor has amazing view, overlooking the eye of london.
Cons: Standart rooms below higher floors are like cabins, with windows looking inside the hotel itself, not to mention shabby. Average 250 Euro for night for this kind of room is just ridiculous.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and location
Cons: Noisy elevators affecting sleeping
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location and staff were good, but otherwise we were disappointed. At the prices they charge the room, breakfast experience etc. should be much better.
Cons: The hotel is tidy but not clean. The staff are friendly but over worked and seem harried and ill trained. Our room was dingy and could use updating and a scrub, and a new mattress. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Kind of the weak sister of the Park Plaza Westminister next door and poorly managed it seems.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Someone on the staff entered our room while we were out and stole all off our traveling money - $4,000. From that point on, they have denied it and not offered any solutions. It was a violation of the worst kind -the money locked securely in-room sa

Pros: Assume the hotel would have been excellent.
Cons: Beware!! The booking agent Cancelon has a early date trigger converting to a non-refundable reservation after promoting "free cancelation". Its geared to pushing the non-refundable reservation to their site to sell. The listing process was incredibly difficult requiring re-entering all online data resulting in no sale or compensation. Would avoid booking through Cancelon in the future.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, close to the Southbank, a range of local restaurants and cafes, the London Eye and good transport links through Waterloo station. Great room with London Eye View. Room well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed.
Cons: We had a problem one day when we returned to the room at 5pm to discover it had not been serviced. It took two phone calls and one visit to the front desk over one hour before anyone came to clean the room. This prevented us relaxing and enjoying the room after returning from a busy day in the city.

Pros: The location. It was close to metro station, on central line..
Cons: Though, I don’t like to rate any property negatively, but this property is not the best place to stay. Reasons - 1. It is extremely expensive for a small room. No value for money. If I got the services, still it was understandable. 2. The reception didn’t get back on questions all the time. They are not very welcoming except one person Mr. Lalin who was an exception 3. The concierge was decent. 4. The room was not cleaned properly, Mary time I felt not at all. For two days, there were no big towels 5. They took away the glass water bottle they had provided with no proper answer. 6. The hotel was surrounded by office buildings , zero view of even a street. 7. The bar downstairs was the worst. They were non responsive, would ignore you even after looking at you for more than 20 minutes. You had to call them time again to grab their attention. Once I saw a person making a drink and tasting it And then Giving to the customer. We never went again

Pros: Spotlessly clean, recent updated rooms.
Cons: The rooms are tiny. I stayed here a year ago and the old style room was fairly spacious (for London). This room was tiny... To call it Deluxe is a bit of a stretch. I'm 5'10" and could lay down touching both walls. I tried this. It was easy!!!
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel staff were nice and helpful. I asked them how to get from the hotel to the airport and they even sold me the train ticket I needed.
Cons: • The bed was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. My back hurt all the time. • The bathroom has no door which means that if you have air conditioning on in your room, and you take a shower you will be very cold when you get out of the shower. It also means that if you pee the whole room smells like pee. • The shower is built in such a way that if you move around too much, water starts getting out of the shower and into your floor. It is very modern and pleasing to the eye, but not very practical. • The hotel must be under construction, because every morning starting from 6am I heard sounds of people building and hammering. • While I was in the shower the last day of my stay the cleaning staff tried to enter my room at 8:30am which isn't that late. Thank god I had let the emergency lock on the door. Otherwise the cleaning staff would have seen me naked in the shower. • The Wi-fi is pretty bad.

Cons: Had virtually no sleep due to noise from outside of what can only be described as road rage taking place. This went on continuously for well over an hour. Then noise from bin lorries, after that building work lorries and sounds banging around. I know this was out of the control of the hotel but still you would expect the double glazed windows to block this out at 6th floor up but it didn't.

Pros: The property was in perfect location for what we needed

Pros: The location was grate, stuff was ok.
Cons: A terrible experience! The room is so small that there is no air. no air conditioner, no heating, TV not working. At this hour we had to settle for what was. When we asked if the order could be canceled, they said we would be charged the full price. The staff, especially the receptionist girl who treated us were not at all welcoming. We felt they were doing a favor that they even unser to me . The room was filthy, no linen was changed from the day we arrived. The room is so crowded that two suitcases cannot fit together, but can only be on each other. Reasonable breakfast .Except for the location, i really do not recommend getting close. Not worth the grief. If you are average weight people and above, you can't even breathe in the shower. There is no room for two people with suitcases. Just don't! We skipped from one side of the room to the other by walking on the bed. If you need air, don't come to this hotel.

Pros: Cost, Location, cleanliness, refreshment tray, hairdryer in room and room safe. Very close to the Dominion Theatre for those attending shows there.
Cons: Queue to check in, very slow lifts - there are 4 but we never had two opening at the same time and this meant a lot of time waiting for them to arrive and when they did they were often full. I would prefer a larger bath towel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: When I needed a safety pin, housekeeping came up straight away which was awesome!
Cons: Lack of consistency, no hand towel or soap for a few days of my stay.
