Pros: Great staff, great location
Cons: Rooms had issues. Although well furnished & comfortable, the first room was above the subway so really disruptive until after midnight, with trains every few minutes, making sleep almost impossible. We asked to be moved & the second room was somewhat below ground level. The windows were set very high, they overlooked the air conditioning unit for the kitchen & therefore lacked any view, let alone natural light. I might stay at the hotel again but only if I could speak to reservations regarding the room.

Pros: Breakfast Room Service (as restaurant was not open before I had to leave).
Cons: Everything else - courteous, but very unhelpful staff in resolving issues and making guests feel comfortable. Slow service - room not available on time - view from the room was looking at steampipes. One of my most disappointing hotel stays compared to expectations (and I visit London 6-10x annually).
Room was old (it was clean) and not up to date for a luxury hotel.

Pros:
Cons: the room and especially the bathroom is way too narrow, you cannot move in the shower, and the hotel restaurant and breakfast area is underground with very little choice of buffet and the staff of restaurant was unwelcoming

The restaurant staff were fabulous, front of house staff etc. I would definitely go back to stay again. Location was great, close to the underground making it very easy to get to.
Cons: I think my room may have been on a very busy road so it was quite noisy outside until around midnight. This made it a little difficult to sleep but thats not really the hotels fault. I did have a rather abrupt waitress at breakfast. My breakfast was a little meager, I think this may have been owing to my contrary waitress and her manner of taking my order.

Pros: Very good and helpful services, the decor is very nicely designed , the room is very pleasent, clean quiet and peacefull.
Cons: The breakfast was very good but the way they charge was a bit strange for me. For example the buffet breakfast that I took was with out hot drinks so there was extra charge for the tea.

Pros: It is a wonderful property and is our hotel to choose if coming to London for events.
Cons:

Pros: I love the location and its elegance
Cons: Starting to feel rundown by time

Pros: The facilities (I wanted a spa) were good . Lovely quiet area & beautiful surroundings inside
Cons: The room was noisy from neighbouring family with children running around shouting . The pillows are not plump enough . At breakfast the buffet was not topped up regularly & when it was the egg & mushrooms were not hot. The spa had run out of Robes & I would suggest a few more than 4 beds around the pool I don’t wish to sound so negative , our first trip to this hotel few years ago was fabulous , hence our return. Most of these problems I am sure wouldn’t occur on future visit

Pros: The buffet breakfast was outstanding incorporating an international blend of offerings. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding.
Cons: This is absolutely my favorite hotel in the many cities I've visited. It is charming and elegant with rooms large and comfortable by any standard and the staff are extraordinary, There's hardly a time in the last 20 years, that the Landmark has not been my "go to" location during the annual trips I try to make to London.
A stay at The Landmark London places you in the heart of London, within a 10-minute walk of Baker Street and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in.
With a stay at The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone in London (London City Centre), you'll be steps from Marble Arch and 4 minutes by foot from Hyde Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.

Cons: The gym closed at 8:00 PM on the weekend and there was no possibility to use/borrow a yoga mat in my room. The room was not ready at check-in time -- I had to wait a couple hours longer. My room was located next to the alley so I woke from garbage collection noise otherwise the neighborhood was very quiet. The "24-hour" room service had limited options. The staff was a little disorganized at times yet were always pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Really good location
Cons: When we asked to upgrade the room they told us there wasn’t any suites available. There was only a one bedroom suite which was three grades above our booking. When we checked on booking.com there were rooms available. When we informed them of this, the suites suddenly became available. They’re just after your money all of the time. It’s not about customer service.

7,1 Good
Pros: The location is excellent and it is in a very quiet street in London. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and pillows.
Cons: No electric jug or milk to make a cup of tea in your room. Having flown 36 hours I was very frustrated to be denied a jug of hot water by reception and told to use the coffee machine which proved to be faulty. Upon my return to reception I was finally given a jug of hot water to take back to my room. Several of the lights were not working in the room. The hotel is tucked away from the main traffic noise but the floor boards are extremely squeaky so if your neighbours are up and about you will know about it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, very poorly designed and as you are stepping out of a bath it can be very slippery, would not be suitable for less agile guests.

Pros: The hotel is situated right in the heart of central London. The bellman was well train, polite and can remembee every small detail of the guest. The room decoration is pretty nice.
Cons: On the moment we checked in, I raised the ac is quite warm and the staff said the ac works just be patient. So I went out for and got back to the room at late night, AC didn't work. It was even worse. We cant breath in the hotel room. Hence, we asked the staff to change the room and the staff at reception said every rooms in this hotel was fully booked. I should have raise this up since the beginning (which I did). The staff said the AC doesn't work the whole floor. They've been trying to fix it but since it's late at that moment so they will fix it on the next day. However, for some reason they managed to get us moved to the new room. But they actually downgraded our room, the room is smaller, Restroom is half size when compared to the room we got at the beginning. They insisted it's not downgrade and they charged us the same amount of money.

Pros: It was great, nice room and bathroom (I got room for 4), big kitchen, very nice staff
Cons: I would just like in kitchen to offer some free things like tea or sugar, paid breakfast could improve their coffee (too watery) and add cheese at least, for these two reasons I didn´t buy it after first day, but they advise you to look first and pay if you like so it is not like you don´t know what are you paying for Like it was said here before, windows can´t be opened and in warm weather it would make dificult to sleep there, fans will not help much.

Pros: SoHostel is brilliantly located for getting around London using public transport and close to many of the big tourist attractions, tourism services and top shopping destinations like Oxford St, Regent St and Carnaby St. The private room I had was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned throughout the day and spotless. Staff were very helpful especially with luggage when the lift was out of order. Common area/ pub was cheery and the breakfast included was really good value. Dinner menu was wholesome, good size portions and also good value. I also liked the fact that there were a decent number of vegetarian options - and that there is a Tesco and a Boots really nearby for any other needs.

Pros: Good location Every morning we found toilets clean. This is a very important point because a lot of people stay in the hostel.
Cons: All doors were closing very noisy. They should be repaired. For this reason, we cant sleep first night of our stay and we bought earplug. We booked double room but not feel comfortable only for this reason. Also, I think, double rooms should be located further away from crowded dormitories.

Pros: Staff, location and food are excellent!!! The property is so clean.
Cons: Bunk beds extremely noisy so pretty much if you have some that moves a lot/ toilet during the night you’ll definitely wake up with them. In addition, they clean the bathrooms/ toilets during peak hours in the morning so get prepared to queuing up.

Pros: Not much
Cons: The room was terrible. It was badly designed and very difficult to stay in. The bathroom was not only badly designed but dangerous to use. The bath was too high and almost impossible to get in and out of for a shower. There were inexplicably several completely unnecessary steps along the corridor which were difficult to manoveur a suitcase over and no staff to help bring up bags or take you to your room. The check in staff member wrote our room number so badly in our key folder that we went to the wrong room and had to go all the way back down to reception to get clarification for the room number. In the room the television didn't work properly and therr was no information about how to use the facilities. I had to guess how to call housekeeping cause although there was a card next to the phone there was no number on it. The room was designed so there was only one major blinding overhead light - no lamps or reading lights - so when one of us wanted to sleep the other had to sit in complete darkness. Add to that even in the day we had to have the blinds drawn because the windows looked out on a filthy alley with several drunkards leering up at the windows so we were always gloomy or over lit. There was no attempt to soundproof the windows and we were kept up most of the night by the constant loudspeaker from Warren street station announcing it was closed or closing or evacuating.. Plus all the police and ambulance sirens. It was all small irritations but considering how expensive this hotel was it all added up to a very poor stay. When we checked out no one even asked us how our stay was or if everything was OK.. Cause honestly they clearly didn't care.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and courteous, and the property was clean. The English Breakfast was very big, and provided many options, including vegetarian options, which was nice. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.
Cons: The room was small. I knew that going in. It's just good to keep that in mind. While it was comfortable and, for one traveler, fine, it was still very small.

Pros: Excellent location short walk from Euston. Really great staff. Room massive and huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent well organized and hot buffet. Smoked salmon and scrambled egg recommended. Coffee and pan au chocolate to follow. DELICIOUS!
Cons: Room was sold as disabled but the door was too narrow for my wheelchair unless it was folded up. To be fair the Hotel advised of this before we arrived so not unexpected, but if wheelchair bound it would be a problem.

Pros: Nothing much, except the location with close access to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The reception in 1st floor rather than ground floor is very inconvenient. There’s an elevator but they don’t tell you about it. So you see residents go down the stairs with luggage but no one tells them where the lift is hidden. Breakfast is very modest and cheap. The concierge doesn’t answer the phone. Also reception takes few calls to answer.

Cons: Renovations still ongoing. Construction was happening in the room next to us during the day on a weekday. No construction on weekends and it started at a reasonable hour on weekdays. Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.

Pros: the beds, fresh fruit at breakfast
Cons: the breakfast pancakes and waffles, the room scent too strong in lobby, horrible elevator music playing all over the hotel, worn down interior, lamps that didn't work, the door had been painted so many times it was hard to open and close without using a lot of force. The hotel just doesn't feel luxurious at all.

Pros:
Cons: Location is awesome less than one minute from Oxford st about five minutes walk to soho and Carnaby st and about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the London eye and the tower bridge
Breakfast is very good
Rooms are unlike in the pictures
The hotel needs a lot of updates
7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff especially in the reception area . Fantastic central location near to tube station
Cons: Our room was in dire need of a lick of paint . Decor very tired looking . Very small rooms . 4 small lifts servicing 12 floors . Steep steps from front door to main reception . Hard for a disabled person .
7,9 Good
Pros: Location. Close to london Theatres and Covent Garden and Oxford Street. Very quiet room on 7th floor. Breakfast was OK although very busy.
Cons: Very small shower room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Pretty close to main attractions, breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast would of been better with option of fried egg as only scrambled on buffet. Mushrooms would of been good too.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast being buffet style so take whatever you can eat is great though more choice on eggs other than being scrambled such as fried or poached would be lovely. Within walking distance of the train station and West end theatres this is very handy to stay at. Price is very reasonable.
Cons: Had virtually no sleep due to noise from outside of what can only be described as road rage taking place. This went on continuously for well over an hour. Then noise from bin lorries, after that building work lorries and sounds banging around. I know this was out of the control of the hotel but still you would expect the double glazed windows to block this out at 6th floor up but it didn't.
6,3 Good
Pros: The property was in perfect location for what we needed
Cons: Didn’t enjoy breakfast, sausages were burnt, fatty bacon , not much choice of cereal, no granola, also very small dining area. And the room we stayed in was also very small barely room to walk around the whole of the bed, and bathroom tiny!!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: highly efficient, staff are attentive in check-in desk ; key drop-off / pick-up ; luggage storage ; breakfast seating
Cons: the water bottle stuck in vending machine ; i visited 4 different floors, in order to find vending machine has no water bottle stucked.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Superb location and great breakfast. Early housekeeping.
Cons: Room facing street is too noisy at night. Quite a small room, don't hv enough space to put 2 luggages
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was grate, stuff was ok.
Cons: A terrible experience! The room is so small that there is no air. no air conditioner, no heating, TV not working. At this hour we had to settle for what was. When we asked if the order could be canceled, they said we would be charged the full price. The staff, especially the receptionist girl who treated us were not at all welcoming. We felt they were doing a favor that they even unser to me . The room was filthy, no linen was changed from the day we arrived. The room is so crowded that two suitcases cannot fit together, but can only be on each other. Reasonable breakfast .Except for the location, i really do not recommend getting close. Not worth the grief. If you are average weight people and above, you can't even breathe in the shower. There is no room for two people with suitcases. Just don't! We skipped from one side of the room to the other by walking on the bed. If you need air, don't come to this hotel.
7,5 Good
Pros: Have stayed many times and will return
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cost, Location, cleanliness, refreshment tray, hairdryer in room and room safe. Very close to the Dominion Theatre for those attending shows there.
Cons: Queue to check in, very slow lifts - there are 4 but we never had two opening at the same time and this meant a lot of time waiting for them to arrive and when they did they were often full. I would prefer a larger bath towel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: When I needed a safety pin, housekeeping came up straight away which was awesome!
Cons: Lack of consistency, no hand towel or soap for a few days of my stay.
