Unfriendly staff My bedsheets were never changed despite repeated requests Noisy housekeeping staff shouting from 8 am
Rude staff Housekeeping was horrible Housekeeping staff were very loud from 8 am
The que was long to check in with few staff attending to guest The room was stuffy and the ac was not working
We spent a week here during the British Summer Festival, great location, 15 min walk from Hyde park, 30 min train trip from LHR. Paddington & the little Venice area is great, you can get whatever you need nearby. Public transport is just around the corner. It's great that the hotel has it's own car rental service, it was 10 min to arrange a trip to Windsor - with a car pick-up at the hotel's garage - loved it! Otherwise you get what you expect from a Hilton, nothing less, nothing more. The pool area wasn't clean enough, but the breakfast & staff in the breakfast area was amazing!
Nice place, close to the center, they have a big reception
The bathroom, limited channel in tv. The furniture old.
