Cons: The flight left the gate an hour late without giving us any explanation, I missed my connecting flight. The airline did offer a hotel to stay in, but no other apology or explanation was given to about 15 of us who missed a connecting flight.

Cons: While boarding the flight from Dubai to Houston, no one announced about family boarding. About a quarter of the flight had boarded before we decided to get in the line ourselves, and they took us in without any questions. It would have been better if an announcement for family boarding was made. The Dubai to Houston crew could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Every single flight (4 total) took off late and even caused us to miss a connection. On the way to Madrid from Entebbe, my luggage was mislabeled and sent to London and now is completely lost. It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport.

Cons: Chicken was undercooked. No power outlets.

Cons: cramped boarding space and Addis airport. Inadequate space for volume of traffic. Capital investment in expansion required if Ethiopian to compete!

Pros: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Cons: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Pros: On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired.
