Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

Always my favourite airline. On time, lovely staff, clean comfortable seats. Well done

Flights were both delayed. No luggage on arrival for the whole plane and no contact since submitting a PIR.

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.

Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

We were in the last group to be called to the flight - which was 30 minutes late taking off. While we were lucky enough to have been given bulkhead seats (due to a medical condition I’d told them about beforehand) the seats weren’t particularly comfortable. A crying baby for the whole trip made things worse, so the crew managed very well with coping. The final thing I’d say was that there wasn’t enough food served during the flight.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.

Charging for reserving a seat is really cheap. The seats in economy are very small especially when the passenger directly in front reclines their seat. On long flights they should have coffee/tea and juices available for passengers. Here we have to bother the crew. Other airlines just put drinks and snacks in the back for the passengers.

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this

Try to humanize onboarding and take AI out. It's embarrassing and useless

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.

Chicago to London flight was delayed an hour . Boarding process was slow . I missed my connection to New Delhi and My connection from New Delhi to Ranchi. Now come the really outrageous part! There was a flight from London to Bangalore that would have allowed me to reach Ranchi on time. I was about to but ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi when BA agent came back after talking to someone in back office and informed me that she cannot rebook me to London Bangalore flight as Bangalore was TOO FAR fro. Delhi. I waited 8 hr in London airport. I was flying business. Hope this review helps the airline. I was not asking for any money back for my missed flight. Anand Mohan

Bad. Bags are missing, there was no wheel chair assistance provided

LUGGAGE ISSUE - Upon luggage drop off the 4 staff were sharing only one functional POS machine. The contactless transaction asked for PIN, which I provided. In my app it showed 2 transactions automatically: 1 contactless denied and 1 approved after the pin input. However, no receipt came out of the POS. The lady at the baggage drop had me standing by the counter for 10 minutes to wait for the transaction to show up in their system. Which it didn't. So then we proceeded to make another payment using the chip and this time it gave a receipt. Needless to say, now I have to wait for another 7 days before I can claim the first payment back, as I was charged twice. NO ENTERTAINMENT OR FOOD ON THE SHORTER FLIGHT, just the longer one. Meaning - the plane had no screens, and the "food" was a small packet of pretzels. OVERALL GOOD STAFF on both planes.

I love flying British Airways. The process is efficient and the crews are tremendous.

Our flight was delayed and this caused us to miss our connecting flight. During the flight I noticed that BA had already rebooked us for a different flight the next day. Although technically we hadn’t missed our connecting flight yet! We were stuck in London overnight causing us to miss all subsequent plans we had (hotel already booked in NY and a flight home to Chgo)! This cost us over $400 in fees to change everything

You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.

Our trip home was uneventful, but BA misplaced/failed to deliver many bags, and one of those was ours. The other bag arrived without incident. Instead of putting the delayed bag on the next flight, BA waited for the second flight (24 hours later than our flight) and later cancelled it, so the bag remained at Heathrow. They again put it on the second flight the next day, so it arrived at our airport at 8:30pm, and they did nothing with it until the next day, arranging for it to be delivered the following day. So we arrived on a Wednesday, it's now Saturday, and they might deliver it on Sunday, but they said it could take 48 hours once the bag's picked up at the airport. BA obviously puts their customers first, delivering bags "within about a week" of travel. Nice job, BA!!

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

Ticketing was a bit misleading. Was not immediately apparent that the tickets included no check-in luggage allowance.
