Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

Pleasant, relaxed flight. I had 2 seats to myself, which was a bonus. I couldn't find a flight tracker ap so I could know where we were but that's a minor complaint. On the plus side, the passenger announcements did not come through my earphones but were on main speakers only. That was a nice touch.

Flight delayed by 3 hours 45 mins and no explanation given or apology. Rebooked on a flight departing to final destination 48 hrs later and baggage not delivered.

My outbound flight was grounded in Lusaka so we never made it to Paris. DO NOT fly this airline you will be stranded and your plans will be completely disrupted

The flight was delayed with no notice. No inflight entertainment. Communication is vital in any business.

Poor communication: Flight come directly to kigali , didn’t come via mumbasa. Favouring to Rwandan passenger to move from economic to bussiness class after flight depart. Where they don’t asked other older passenger who need more comfort. Rude staff : chekin airport at Mumbai. Talking in local language (marathi) while serving and no sorry no thank you attitude.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lufthansa during my round-trip flight, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. This same issue occurred on both my outbound flight to Munich and my return flight to Boston. Despite calling customer service twice for assistance, they were unwilling to help over the phone, which was incredibly frustrating and stressful. 2. **Delays**: Both flights experienced delays, further complicating my travel plans. Punctuality seems to be a significant area of concern for Lufthansa. 3. **Food Quality**: The meals provided were unhealthy, felt cheap, and lacked flavor. Given the airline’s reputation, I expected much better, especially on long-haul flights where meal quality can greatly enhance the travel experience. 4. **Beverage Service**: The beverage cups were disappointingly small and often not filled to capacity, leaving me feeling unsatisfied, particularly on lengthy flights where staying hydrated is essential. I chose Lufthansa based on positive reviews from good friends, but my experience has left me very dissatisfied. I will not be recommending this airline to anyone in the future. Overall, my direct flight experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope they address these issues to improve the experience for future passengers.

Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.

I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best

When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.

Air Dolomiti personnel were very nice as ever. Got nicked for 80 euros for my bag; something I didn’t agree to when I booked… What’s up with that?

Overall experience is mediocre and the food was poor. I would avoid Lufthansa next time.

Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.

I will travel by BA only in future also. Only suggestion is they should give aisle seat in front near washroom for senior citizens

Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.

It was good overall. Entertainment was ok, one of the TV screens had issue. Bit old plane but leg space was good. Overhead luggage had good space. The worst part was experience at Heathrow airport, it was total chaos.

More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front

I only took two Europe trip with BA, 100% are delayed. Today’s delay caused missed next flight, they booked next flight for me but we had to wait at the airport for 6 hours. The trip to Berlin, same experience, delayed for 3 hours for no reason. Will not treat with BA anymore.

Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.

Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.

Seats small and uncomfortable (too firm). Boarding process is queue to queue. Food unexciting - and they run out of options very quickly.

I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
