Pros: Maria in Winnipeg tried to find me decent connections. She did book me into a hotel in Boston as I missed connection 3 times!!!!

Cons: Flights that arrive and leave on time. How can one plan a trip if flights are continually cancelled or delayed. Very frustrating and a very unhappy customer.

Cons: Employee was slow getting to the booth to check us in along with baggage;

Pros: Their was really nothing to like. The plane was late, had to check in a carry on, my luggage was not transferred on time to my connecting flight,

Cons: Their online luggage fee sucks. I had to pay again at the counter when my online purchases didn’t show up on their computer. Ended up paying a higher luggage fee at the counter. Not good!

Pros: The crew was ok. They seemed really hectic between Heathrow to Rome.

Cons: The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.

Pros: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Cons: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.

Pros: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Cons: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Pros: The kindness of all people working on Swiss was very special

Cons: The food was not very special, but the chocolates were awesome

Pros: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Cons: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Cons: Online check in was not possible. The check in and boarding process took more than two hours and there was no order.

Pros: The flight was four hours delayed in Djibouti and there was absolutely zero, NO communication, whatsoever, provided by the Djibouti Ethiopian Airlines staff what was going on, how long the flight was going to be delayed, or if it was actually complete canceled for that evening.

Cons: Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation

Cons: Too crowded. The service was horrible with cranky attendants. I had to clear my own food tray. Inconsistent and uncomfortable

Cons: Food and entertainment were lousy. There was dried barf on the wall, the audio jack and screen were broken, no salads were delivered to the plane that day. WHAT???

Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.

Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Pros: It was on time and got me where I needed to go.

Cons: The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs.

Cons: I paid $100 extra for extra leg room. I was put right next to the bathrooms. All night long people were standing in line to use the bathroom. My extra leg room was taken by people standing in the space and actually stepping on my foot. Not worth the extra $100.

Cons: Flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connecting flight on another airline that had no other flights that day. As a result of the lack of communication and general lack of professionalism, staff refused to rectify the situation and take responsibility, and I was forced to stay overnight. Worst
