|Top route||San Francisco to Newark|
Pros: Easy upgrade
Cons: E145 don’t have room for carry on. Instead of people having to wait at exit of plane. Tell them well a head like when booking check your bag and make that one free. It goes to the same place right?
Cons: We were delayed four hours
Pros: Movies selection, the crew was helpful
Cons: Options with seating choices at check-in — even for a fee. There were no choices at all.
Pros: The crew was amazing with passengers that were less than amazing!
Cons: Releasing passengers in smaller amounts of rows might have been better.
Cons: Everything flight cancelled promised hotel voucher then they did not
Pros: Cancelled my flight offered hotel vouchers thru 1800 united said they can't at the airport then 1800 united so it can only give vouchers at the airport
Pros: the dinner was really good.
Cons: Couldn't sleep a wink. The pod was not that comfortable. Didn't get the proper blanket and pilllow. And it took multiple requests to get it.
Pros: The seat wasn’t very comfy
Cons: Assigned Seatings Could have been more spread out 6 ft rule should still apply the flight was too full I felt.
Pros: Awesome plane, clean
Cons: Pilot didn’t speak the whole flight, only the crew. Better boarding by groups more distributed. Group 5 felt like the whole plane was boarding in one group.
Pros: Why put a 6ft plus 200lb person between two smaller strangers. By far the worst part
Pros: Quick boarding
Cons: Flight attendant said there was no where to hang my suit, and the plane was soooo hot!
Pros: Flight attendant made a big deal of me holding my jacket on my knees. She stated that jacket on my lap is a safety violation. Really? Aircraft tug broke during pushback. Shook all plane. Felt very unsafe. They had to find new tug to pull the plane out. Safety is lacking, they can not check equipment before flights
Cons: Flight attendant to be actually better. Not threatening but helpful. Airport crew should check equipment before actual flight. Felt very unsafe
Cons: Flight was delayed by 1hr 20min. Had to wait inside the plane because they forgot to put fuel into it on time. Flight attendant was very rude, full of anger, almost threatening
Pros: Our first experience with Budget travel, no bags, no carry on luggage.
Cons: We expected little and got it.
Cons: 25 minutes late due to having to wait for galley to be stocked. Left the ramp and sat another 15 minutes on the tarmac. Never happened to me on Delta.
Cons: No point to early arrival when plane has to wait 20 plus minutes for gate.
Cons: Packed and cramped flight
Pros: No one was sitting beside me.
Cons: Better snacks
Cons: Missed connection flight late Fiasco!!!
Pros: United uses a code share with Avianca for regional flights.
Cons: Service was surprisingly lacking for first class. No refreshments offered prior to takeoff. Dinner was mediocre, what you would get in economy. Beverage served was a glass of wine and small bottle of water and that was it for the entire flight. On an earlier flight in economy, there were two times we were served refreshments. No one bothered to collect my empty water bottle the entire flight. And this is first class ??
Pros: Free WiFi, better options for entertainment, better snacks (see Alaska Airlines or Southwest)
Cons: The snacks, internet prices, and entertainment
Pros: Everything! From ticketing agent to all the crew on our flight back were awesome. Thank you!
Cons: Sarasota ticketing agent was not very nice at all 😟 Houston Gate agent was not nice either. We were treated like we were stupid for asking questions. I hope it’s not racism issues. I wished I had taken their names.
Pros: Crew was amazing, flight attendant was very funny and kind
Cons: No complaints!
Pros: Had a 3 hour delay on this flight.. it was the third delayed flight I had in four months with United
Cons: Fix some aircraft to prevent future delays.
Pros: Crew was a little unfriendly
Cons: FOOD.. those meals in the plastic containers are nasty
Pros: The plane was very clean and staff was very friendly.
Cons: The United app did not update the boarding pass and the gate never appeared. Had to check the board at the airport. The flight was delayed. The entertainment in the flight was not up to par. There were hardly any new movies to watch and the software is old so the app kept on freezing when watching the movie.
Cons: 3 delays that caused a missed connection and overnight layover.
