Cons: The exit row 12B kept making a high pitch squealing noise...very unnerving
Cons: The exit row door in 12B kept making a high pitch squealing noise...very unnerving
Pros: Flight experience was good
Cons: Delayed bording 1.5 hours due to staffing issues
Pros: Clean safe comfortable plane seats. friendly staff.
Cons: A small credit for miles as the Wifi didn’t work.
Cons: Great trip!
Pros: Though departure was delayed, arrived at destination on time!
Cons: Entertainment options
Cons: Need display screens for entertainment.
Cons: Snacks, and drinks
Pros: Very comfortable
Pros: Excellent crew.
Cons: Gate agents were a little snippy.
Cons: We are just tired of spending a lot on tickets and receiving the most minimum of a snack and drink on flights.
Pros: The crew was great and very friendly.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Delta is always a step above the rest.
Pros: The little food packets were cool and convenient.
Pros: Upgrade to comfort plus was a bonus!
Cons: Nothing. Flying sucks with the pandemic, but delta is doing a great job!
Pros: The crew was nice.
Cons: N/A
Pros: Crew was great, cabin was clean
Cons: Wi-Fi was very spotty.
Cons: Less announcements about masks we get it
We don’t need instructions on hand washing
Drink service needed
Pros: I loved all the updated COVID protocols and the commitment to a safe comfortable flight. The crew did everything possible to ensure the trace experience was as smooth as it possibly could have been and showed a great deal of patience with my family of five that moves kinda slow sometimes.
Cons: Biscoff cookies in every snack bag. Those cookies one of the most integral parts of flying delta for me
Cons: This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic.
Pros: Boarding
Cons: Food
Cons: Passengers not jumping up as soon as we reached the gate even though they were asked to stay seated until their route was next off.
Pros: The cleanliness, the upbeat and sweet crew, the pilot did a great job taking of and landing, and controlling the turbulence. Communication was great.
Cons: More leg space
Cons: Having cocktails available on-board
Pros: The crew amd aircraft was wonderful
Pros: The crew was amazing.
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Wifi would not work
Cons: Seat comfort and snack choice.
Cons: Excellent experience during covid times.
Pros: Seats were good
Cons: Flight was delayed on both ends
Pros: Great crew
Pros: If they hadn’t of given my seat away, I’m sure there would have been something I’d liked.
Cons: I had been checked in since the day before my flight and for some reason, because I wasn’t at my connecting gate 30 min prior to when they started boarding, the gate agent gave my seat away. I had to wait several hours for the next flight.
Pros: Is definitely more organized. Hope it stays the same when things come back to “normal”
Cons: Some of the seats were not able to recline, and it was so uncomfortable.
Cons: It was the most mediocre flight I've taken in a long time. And I still had to pay $100 for an exit row instead of a regular seat. Really? $100 for no recline, no underseat storage, and nothing more than cliff bars and goldfish crackers? Delta.... You can do way better
Cons: Boarding announcements were hardly audible. We chose comfort seats for extra payment but that still did not turn out to be comfort class. Seat classes are confusing.
No temperature was taken before boarding.
Cons: 40 minute flight delay and my luggage was lost/stolen.
Pros: Comfortable and safe flight.
Cons: I was really surprised that economy seats were not blocked off for COVID. They are tight enough as it is and I used SkyMiles to upgrade my seat and sat in a seat that was no different from economy and sat next to someone as well.
Cons: Our depart time was 1pm and our actual departure didn’t happen until 11pm. On and off the plane multiple times for mechanical failures for 10 hours. Delta had no plan and there were no hotel rooms. They diverted a NY flight through Atlanta waiving the covid restrictions to get us all on the plane. They Put us in a hotel In Atlanta, which was nice and convenient, but it was 2am when we went to sleep and backup at 6am to catch our flight. Not the way we wanted to end our amazing Key West vacation.
Pros: La tripulación muy amable!!
Cons: The wheel to my luggage broke off in deltas care so if that could have not happened it would have been way better.
Pros: We've always enjoyed flying Delta and this trip had been just as nice as the previous ones we have taken through this airline.
Cons: Our stewardess/stewards seem to be incredibly cranky on this trip and very unapproachable. They must have been having an "off" day I guess.
Cons: Soda or coffee served during the flight could have enhanced their service.
Cons: The snacks were good, but they should have offered some drink selections.
Cons: Overall not bad. Food service can be better but it is due to the pandemic currently. Overall excellent flight!
Cons: Once the pandemic is over, I am sure some things like food service will improve.
Cons: Superior customer service
Cons: Love flying Delta superb customer service
Cons: No leg room on this plane
Pros: It was nice that middle seats were not filled.
Cons: It was silly that the flight attendant said we had to pull mask up between bites of food.

Cons: Lo q mas me gusto q fue un vuelo a tiempo y amables el personal
Pros: Fue un vuelo muy tranquilo y todos muy amables gracias!!
Cons: Muy cómodo el avión y el personal
Cons: Better snacks
Cons: Customer service, the app defies the laws of physics, it blows and sucks at the same time, and email says expect a reply in 3 weeks. United thanks you Delta, they just gained 2 new customers!

Founded in 1924 and originally known as Huff Daland Dusters, Delta Air Lines is one of the oldest airlines in the world. On top of an operating base in Atlanta, it has additional hubs in Detroit, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Salt Lake City and Boston. The largest number of flights are scheduled in and out of Atlanta, which is also the location of the carrier’s maintenance wing.
A combination of Airbus, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft are operated. Delta Air Lines has a preference for short-to-medium range jets with narrow bodies. Some of the most common models flown are the Airbus A321 and Boeing 737. A number of the fleet are reserved for NBA charted flights, so make sure you keep an eye out for the basketball stars in the airport.
In 2000 Delta Air Lines merged with Korean Air, Air France and Aeroméxico to form SkyTeam. The alliance has grown to be one of the largest in the world and reaches more than 175 countries. Customers are able to benefit from reduced prices and shorter travel times, with the ability to purchase round-the-world tickets. In addition to the SkyTeam alliance, the carrier has entered into several joint ventures with airlines, such as Virgin Australia, to deliver improved services – in this case, it offers nonstop flights between Australia and the United States. Joint ventures are also held with Virgin Atlantic, Alitalia and WestJet.
Passengers can choose between Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class. Starbucks coffee is available for all fares, while the Premium Economy section includes improved dining options and increased leg room. Noise-cancelling headsets, skincare products and Westin Heavenly bedding is provided to Business Class customers.
