The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London
Pros: "Crew looked stressed and rushing things. Didn’t look very friendly."

Pros: "The food was very nice. The IFE was very nice as well. The seats were comfortable."
Cons: "The was a lot of profanity used by the attendants that was not necessary. Secondly I reserved a front row seat in online check in, but it did not allow put mean in that seat. Which if they were full would be understandable, but every single one was empty."
Cons: "Food on the menu was not available. Some of us did not get lunch and were being offered bread. Some flight attendants were impatient with pax and unwilling to help especially with regards to Wifi on board , others were impolite"
Pros: "generally good overall for a 14 hour long flight"

Cons: "Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed."

Cons: "I've flown hundreds of times, and this was the most most unpleasant flight I've ever taken. My seat didn't recline, the entertainment console was not working properly, and I had almost no legroom due to the design of the seat. The temperature was unbearably hot. And I didn't get my special meal."
Pros: "The seat was not up to the usual Emirates business class standard. The lights were never completely dimmed."
Pros: "crew was good but seat was too narrow, and there are too many little kids near us."
Cons: "do limit the number of passengers with little children and don't put senior citizens near them."
Pros: "The crew was excellent and the food is very good. The portions were good and the drink selection is excellent."
Cons: "The seating room is poor for someone who is 6'2" tall. My wife had issues with her ankles swelling. When we tried to get a cold compress to put on them we never received it. We also asked for some fruit instead of the pizza snack and didn't receive it either. I know you don't have much control over passengers, but we had a two year old child in our seating area and it screamed and cried virtually the entire 14 hour flight. Very annoying."
Cons: "Flight was completely full and certain passengers were belligerent about wearing face masks. The cabin crew did not enforce mask wearing, stating “we are not the police”"

Cons: "The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!"

Cons: "On time departure would be nice. Overall very pleasant experience. Water and Swiss chocolates were served during under an hour flight. Thank you Swiss!"
Pros: "Both the flight crew and the flight attendants were great. It was the smoothest landing I have had it quite dome time"
Pros: "Very nice crew. The flight attendant brought me a second dessert after I raved about it (excellent strawberry mousse!) Warm croissants and bread for breakfast! The even came with seconds. Yes! Delicious Easter eggs on both flights. Good selection of movies"
Cons: "The width of the seats. Tricky to have that elbow rest, it is you or your neighbor!"

Cons: "Hand carry was checked 3 different times. Goes to show that Swiss staff doesn’t trust its colleagues to determine if the bag passes muster."

Cons: "It was extremely warm on the flight; consequently, I was unable to sleep. This was my second overly warm Swiss Air flight. After numerous complaints on the first flight, the temperature was lowered, but the second flight remained warm."
I can’t believe air Canada can get away with the space they give economy flyers. The seat was uncomfortable and hard. There was barely enough leg room. I had leg cramps most of the flight because I couldn’t stretch my legs at all… horrible on a transatlantic flight. The flight attendants were very nice but one guy I watched serve other people he was so rude and snarky I thought gosh you’re nothing but a pest when you ask them for anything. Main thing is the flight was smooth and we arrived safely.
We were at the gate 5 min late and they would not let us on. We were late because we went to check out bags and there were no workers at the baggage check
Flights were cancelled last minute. Thrown in all middle seats after reserving $700 worth of assigned seating. Lost half a day in London due to cancellations. I’ll never fly this airline again
Flight delayed 3 times after arrival at airportThe plane was old and looked tired. Washroom was so tiny and difficult to manœuvre in- thought I might not get out. Not for anyone with claustrophobia. Entertainment screen had an icon of a tv with rabbit ears- says a lot about age. WiFi was at a charge- did not use it. Sone turbulence turned inflight service into a quick “ water-only” service. Noisy engines heard loud inside. Strange noises inside cabin. Fast plane- short flight. Maybe suitable for a commuter flight as this but not a regulator flight. Fine for what I needed but thst’s where it ends .
All the flights on time, food better than expected. There were a couple of forms that needed to be turned in upon arrival that could’ve been handed out in the airplane to make the immigration process easier
We were flying to go skiing in Whistler, and our skis were left in Toronto. So, that's a big bummer. Only drinks were served without a fee, and only one for a five-hour flight. Takeoff was delayed two hours because water pipes were freezing in Toronto, even though the current weather in Toronto was not unusual. But, the crew was friendly, and the baggage guy hooked us up with the means for Air Canada to reimburse us for our ski rentals.
For the price I paid I didn’t expect anything more.
Pros: "I was bumped to an earlier flight after asking 'cause my original flight was delayed."
Cons: "Cancelled one flight, then delayed another one because they were waiting for a pilot. They offered very little help, citing that they couldn’t control the weather, meanwhile WestJet is finding & paying for rooms, shuttle buses and taxis to make the delay more tolerable and less stressful. We could only watch and wish we were flying WestJet."
Pros: "Efficiency"
Cons: "Food is not appetizing, flight crews are just ok, entertainment are limited."
