Breakfast not good
Breakfast, odor of the room.
Provide adjoining rooms as advertised. Better guest relations assistance. The GM is totally absent and uninvolved in hotel operations. Called twice for extra towels that never came.
Sky sports, Sky Movies on TV. Reasonably priced room service.
Didn't feel mattress to be very comfy.
Not worth your money
The only thing good about this hotel for my situation was the location.
Reception at the front desk were poorely skilled. Absolutely no communication between them and the customer about how the room is/was going to be. I paid for a room which I thought I was going to receive a decent room with a view. Instead I got a dark closet room with a very small window of the inside of the building, was not worth the ridiculous price per night. I would compare my room to a youth hostel, pretty much just a place to lay my head, nothing more, nothing less.
Quiet, clean, reliable, great location
A bit expensive
Friendly,nice rooms, great location,
Music at the bar finished to early

Great location from this clean and well maintained hotel. Has a high end feel but at reasonable prices.
Sometimes it can be too popular but the hotel copes well and the staff have always been cheerful and courteous.
Great great great wonderful hotel
Bathtub was awesome. They had outlets for US plugs too.
It was just average to us. Nothing impressive.
It was again, fine. Nothing terrible either.
Perfect business or leisure hotel!
Breakfasts were fantastic and location was excellent!
The lighting system requires a sense of humor. It is very easy to mistakingly turn out the lights on someone in a different room. You may want to bring a flashlight
