The location is perfect, right across the street from a Tube station, and within 4min walking distance from London Eye and Westminster Bridge. Great WiFi connection. Great light system, shower water pressure and bathroom utilities. The TV has some Smart TV capabilities.
We chose a room with no window. The room and bathroom are a little cramped, just enough to fit two people. The air conditioning/vent is loud enough to bother you in your sleep (no way to turn it off).

The room was so so much smaller than advertised on the website! There was barely enough room to stand with my suitcase whereas the room advertised on the website is really spacious.

VERY SMALL room. Very expensive for that i receive. When i arrive I was told the room would not be cleaned during my 3 night stay.
