Clean room, decent shower, great breakfast.
Décor a bit tired.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Free luggage storage. Impeccable room.
The staff was absolutely amazing!
Got to hotel at check in time (2:00) and had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. My 3:30 engagement was missed do to this issue with check in. I was only in London this one day and the main reason I was there for didn’t happen because of the late check in. Also, the occupants of the room next to mine was slamming their door and making noises up to 6:00 am. It sounded like staff was continuously trying to enter the room. Not a good experience at all
Assume the hotel would have been excellent.
Beware!! The booking agent Cancelon has a early date trigger converting to a non-refundable reservation after promoting "free cancelation". Its geared to pushing the non-refundable reservation to their site to sell. The listing process was incredibly difficult requiring re-entering all online data resulting in no sale or compensation. Would avoid booking through Cancelon in the future.
As one of the greatest cities in Europe, London holds much allure for travelers. There is no shortage of sights to see and you could spend a month in the city and not see everything. The good news is there are many hotels that put you right in the middle of the city and at the same time get you access to mass transit so you can move around as well. London has high standards of service and hotels in the city must provide great amenities to their guests. The Park Plaza County Hall London is a hotel fitting this description.
Staying at the Park Plaza County Hall London means that right away you notice the view. From your room, you can see across the River Thames and catch views of iconic sights like Big Ben. There are lots of great amenities as well. Families will enjoy the travel packages designed specifically for their needs. Parents will love being able to supervise their kids at the pool as they swim off that energy only kids have.
For adults, there are lots of great amenities as well. The spa is the perfect place to relax. London has lots of spas, but the one at the hotel is notable because it offers many treatments and is highly regarded. There is also a restaurant on site, and you can get some great English food as well as other continental favorites.
Spending your time at the Park Plaza County Hall London is a great way to enjoy this great city.
