The club lounge staff were excellent and very friendly. The location of the hotel was close to everything.
The taxi service was very limited due to road work. The hotel seemed to be understaffed. We requested a late check out and were given a 2:00pm checkout only to be called twice and had housekeeping come into the room while I was getting in the shower . They let us know that their next guests had already arrived and were waiting for the room. Our stay included airport transfers and we had given them all our flight departure information, but on our departure day they had not arranged transportation and we had to just pay for a taxi ourselves. The hotel felt like it needed more organization . The hotel is in a historic building and the walk from the lift to our room was very long. The lifts were also were creaky and half way during our stay one lift quit working.
Excellent! Wish I could stay more often
Just OK for the money
Friendly staff, modern room, good location
Reception tried to upsell us to a better view! Breakfast was £20 per person! So easy to eat for much less on the town. Room was hot without a decent temp control option. Will stay elsewhere next time.
The staff was great. Rooms were spacious. Luxurious. Location was amazing.
I loved it.
The location, comfort and ambience were second to none.
The restaurant and bar staff do not appear to be trained at all - service was extremely poor and not in keeping wwith a 5 star hotel
The London Marriott Hotel County Hall is located in London, United Kingdom. The London Marriott Hotel County Hall has recently been redesigned and is stunning. The hotel is located on the water in the South Bank. The views surrounding the hotel are worth the trip alone. It’s very beautiful especially when it is lit up at night.
The tranquil area and the building’s heritage are gorgeous. The beauty of this borough is unique, and guests love it. This hotel is in what used to be London’s City Hall, and there are many sites around, such as Parliament, and the River Thames, which is right next to the hotel. Westminster Bridge, London Eye, and Big Ben are also nearby. The views are unimaginable.
