Nice welcome, efficient service, comfortable room.
Situated conveniently. Nice breakfast, at a price.
Noisy building work, although we were warned. Not very sound proof...we could hear the neighbors TV and bathroom. Asked for a twin bedded room when booking, but as usual, just got a double.
Absolutely nothing. The best thing about this hotel was being eventually able to check out.
Construction work/noise from 9am to 5pm EVERY day. None stop disruption. Very poor room location. Scaffolding poles and boards at eye level at the window so we asked for a better situated room-we actually got a worse one. This was a four night stay at over £150 a night and only for my partner talking me out of walking out I would have demanded a full refund and took my business elsewhere. Very unhelpful staff. It took 3 seperate complaints to 3 seperate members of staff to have the television fixed by the maintenance man. In total a 3 hour wait. Disgusting service. A shocking stay in London that was ruined by this hotel.
Very clean tidy and staff accommodating
Everything was lovely and the location was spot on
the view from the room, however we was out a lot so wasn't too much of a bother
