The Room was beautiful and the views were magnificent. Room service and food was fantastically good
The restroom shower was filthy and had mold growing all over it. It was really gross !!! The mole was so thick it could not be cleaned in the few days that we stayed at the hotel. We had to stand on rubber mats and not touch the walls either Other than that everything else was wonderful.
Lovely hotel in central location close to tube. Very comfortable bed and staff helpful.
It was all lovely, nothing bad to say.
Great location great hotel Staff was awesome
The only small bump was a new trainee charged my card twice, however the manager and staff (Korean staff) took care of it for me right away. Breakfast was awesome too
Reception: We were welcomed by Florante on the main door. He is helpful with our heavy things from the taxi and helped us with our inquiries/ taxis going around. The male receptionist was very helpful and polite too. Lobby: The lobby has a charm of its own. Old feels romantic luxury, I may say. Don’t expect a lot of modern touches in the interior. Room: Booked the King De Luxe room. We love the tall ceiling and windows. Well, I don’t know with the other rooms if it is similar. The street view was really nice too. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, a shower cabinet and a a bathtub that my daughter enjoyed very much. Location: Love the area. And it is just few blocks away to popular tourist spots. It was our first time in London and just staying in this hotel was a lovely experience for us.
I think the variety of the food served in the breakfast buffet is limited. Traditional English. Although all tasted very good, I feel some thing is lacking. I just don’t know. Maybe I’m just used to big breakfast buffet tables in other hotels. By the way, kudos to the staff for serving my daughter a warm chocolate drink.
