The room was very comfortable. Jason on the door was fantastic and went the extra mile. Overall a good, but not great, hotel - comfortable and very well located.
Evening reception staff were poor, we found it very difficult to have calls answered. The food at dinner was disappointing.
Great property. Real close to everything.
I do not believe it was entirely worth the money. We paid extra for a river view that basically had a view of a tree.
Smelly drain in bathroom, no natural light
We were upgraded to a suite , which was super, nice touch of luxury with great attention to detail. Very comfortable bed.
Slightly noisy from the large ducts outside of the windows
Bathrooms very clean and staff are wonderful
Very old doors, carpet need to be changed, overall it worth 4 stars not 5
