Friendly efficient staff, lovely room, lovely breakfast
Everything was perfect
I feel sorry for the owners of this property... definitely not a lot of care and maintenance being performed.... lots of bugs around like cockroaches and silverfish. Get better cleaners as the room was consistently dusty and there is water damage and mould in the bathroom. Staff at the restaurant during breakfast are extremely variable in their training, manners and work ethic. Staff need training to be consistent. Also not all of us dress to impress and definitely don’t like flaunting like some pretentious rude people who tend to get better attention it seems. Train the staff in the lobby area and concierge to be consistent whether someone is wearing Louis Vuitton or Nike.... I think you get my drift yea?
View of Thames. Staff courtesy. Ambiance
