Pros: Hotel looked great, clean, interesting building, great pool, lots of sunbeds no need to get to the pool very early, great breakfast and a good price from booking.com
Cons: Animal heads in reception looked a little politically incorrect these days
5,8 Okay
Pros: The Spa and pool
Cons: The first time I booked the hotel was for me and a friend who lives in Spain. This was the 20th and the 21st of June. We were told no deals so two nights stay was 580 pounds for two nights . When we arrived the lady at the desk must have had a bad morning because it showed on her face . Wasn't friendly at all booked us in gave us a key and that was that . The guy at the end of the desk we asked how do we get to our room and he gave directions . We got into our room wasn't bad but not worth 290 a night . Anyway we had a nice afternoon around the pool had lunch by the pool staff there lovely . Paid cash for our meals and drink just over 100 euros and enjoyed it . We booked treatments in the spa for the next day for both of us 540 euros but worth every penny. Treatment lovely and staff so helpful and lovely . We booked an eveing meal at the restaurant 3 waiters serving the tables . Had a meal and when it came to pudding my friend asked the waiter about the pudding he recommend one pudding and my friend can not have chocolate he said it dosent come with chocolate well when it came it did have chocolate. The waiter said oh don't worry we will scrap it off my friend said but you can't scrap it all of can you he no but it will be alright . It's like saying to someone with peanut allergie oh don't worry it's only a little peanut on it . My friend said sorry but I can't eat it . The waiter wasn't please that she would have it . My friend said could she have something else . When the second pudding came crambule it was part frozen. So when I asked for the bill it came to 95 euros I paid cash put it inside the book and he took it away and never came back with the 5 euros. I could have said something but thought we won't eat here again . The next day we had our treatment which was lovely and spent the afternoon round the pool . We decided to eat in the bar round the pool that evening and had a great time .

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Nice pools and beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for our honeymoon, which we were very thankful for. Beautiful property in amazing location.
Cons: Older clientele. I was here on my honeymoon, I’m early 30s. We were the youngest couple by 30 years. Caters to older English retirees. Food was mediocre. Breakfast was good. But I’d suggest eating out for other meals. Otherwise, great property.
7,9 Good
Pros: Lot’s of facilities. Nice staff. Good location.
Cons: No value for money (we paid 300+ a night in September, very high rate for an outdated hotel. Needs extensive refurbishment or prices have to adapt). Smelly carpet in the room(this is frankly unacceptable).

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Beautiful, old house, well looked after. The staff really went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. We have asked for vegan breakfast and they made an extra effort to buy alternative options on top of the amazing daily freah fruit and vegetables, etc. Some other guests had other needs and they were all looked after very well and were provided gluten free options, etc.
Cons: Our bed in the studio was a little too firm for our liking but still a great and comfortable, food size bed :)
7,9 Good
Pros: Son Malero is a beautiful old Finca with a splendid pool area totally fit for staying full days relaxing there. As it is an old place with original furniture don't expect that everything is shiny. But this adds to the authentic feel. The owner couple is very attentive and caring (prepared baby food for us each day) and the vers good breakfast on the porch was the perfect start into the day.
Cons: It is really far off and Calvia has basically one overpriced restaurant and a bar. As we had no car and a room with no kitchen this was rather problematic for us. Bring moskito spray!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely healthy breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of privacy. Location just outside Calvia was idyllic and only a short taxi journey to the beach areas. I would highly recommend for any couple travelling.
Cons: Nothing really.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A peaceful countryside retreat, only 15 minutes drive to the coast. Helpful hosts provided crockery so we could picnic in the garden. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully appointed room. Excellent swimming pool for cooling off after a day out. Breakfast was delicious, with fine views from the terrace. We loved it!
Cons: AC could have been a little more efficient, but it was a minor issue as the place is so beautiful!

Pros: Quiet Attractive building Nice continental breakfast Room and towels changed every day

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food, brilliant staff. Location was nice and quiet perfect for a relaxing break.
Cons: The bathrooms in the rooms are just glass doors and within the rooms so not particularly private. Ok if you are a couple
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was clean and well services The hotel facilities (pool area and particularly the gym) where good Good ambiance and holiday vibe Reasonable value for money
Cons: On one day of our stay, we had 3 people (aside from room cleaning), come into the room. The first one dropped off water however didn't wait for a response to knocking. The third one asked about surviving the mini bar and the fourth one occurred while we were at dinner-we came back to find a letter reminding us to check out placed in the middle of the room. The room didn't feel very private that day however this thankfully didn't occur everyday. There was no easily accessible drinking water other than buying bottled water (tap water is unpleasant/heavily chlorinated however drinkable). The ability to reuse water bottles was only available if you attended the breakfast buffet. Otherwise there were no water stands around the hotel and plastic waste was high. The staff at the front desk were not overly helpful for a 4 star hotel. I booked and paid for the accomodation however the booking receipt was made for some reason into by boyfriend's name (for no apparent reason). When I realised I would need the receipt, I asked for assistance from the receptionists however was bemusingly told by them that it was my fault for not checking in correctly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent range of food on offer,
Cons: Ensure that the staffing levels in the dining room matches demand at peak times.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really nice staff, excellent location. The hotel offers several activities and spa. The pool area and beach is the nicest in the area compared to other hotels. The hotels exclusive restaurant Krystal offers delicious local specialities.
Cons: The light of the toilet in the superior rooms we stayed in can only be switched on together with the entire entrance, and shower area, that could be disturbing in the middle of the night.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: We had let the hotel know we were on our honeymoon prior to arriving, so when we got there they upgraded us to a Presidential Suite - it was amazing! The views are spectacular and the option of swimming in the pools or sea is great. Definitely check out AquaZumba at 11am. T
Cons: The food in the buffet isn't that great. Also be aware that there is a music concert every night at the pool from about 9-11pm. It's very loud so you can't get over your jet lag until after the performance. Lots of kids in the big pool, so take advantage of the adults only pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is not downtown, but it is very quiet. The facilities are so clean and the ocean view is great. This hotel is really good value for money. The staff is so friendly. In particular, the male staff (bearded and spectacled) was very friendly and professional at the front desk. Recommended by Riu Palace Hotel.

Pros: The property is beautiful but everything is loud with screaming kids. No complimentary water when you can’t drink the tap.
Cons: Some of the staff is incredible. The food is overpriced and not good at all. I can’t believe this hotel is charging the amount they are. I was treated horrible after getting stranded at a different party of the island and offering to pay for the car service. Not to mention, I am paying over 1K a night. I’ve never experienced anything like this and can’t believe this qualifies as a st.regis resort.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, very spacious so even when the hotel was full it didn't feel crowded Excellent outside terraces to enjoy a glass of cava looking out across the bay. Staff who catered for your every need from booking restaurants to advice on where to go

Overview Reviews
THE HOTELHospes Maricel and Spa is made up of two buildings: the original 29-room “Maricel Palace” and the new 22-room “Natura building,” which includes the impressive Bodyna Spa & Wellness center. Once a grand residence, and later a hotspot for the old-school jet set, the hotel is impressive for its views of the Mediterranean, historical beauty, and modern style.ARCHITECTURE & DESIGNComprised of a converted 16th-century mansion and a beautifully designed new building across the road, connected via an underground walkway, Hospes Maricel & Spa is a unique mix of neoclassical and avant-garde architecture. The new building is constructed in the typical Mallorca stone wall style while the old building's revamp has returned traditional Balearic elements such as archways, arcades, and pillars in marble, stone and sandstone from nearby Santanyí. The interiors are decidedly contemporary allowing the Mediterranean views to take center stage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Phenomenal hotel and facilities, and the stay really exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 6 and stayed for 2 nights at Maricel, all 3 rooms in the modern building across the street. Prior to the trip I was nervous about not staying in the main building, but we were blown away with how beautiful the rooms were in the modern building (despite not having the same ocean views as the main building), and how easy it was it get to the main building and pool (literally 2 min stroll). The property itself is impeccable, and the infinity pool overlooking is ocean was perfect. There's a platform to easily enter the water, and we even swam to lunch one day to small restaurant at a local beach around the corner. Lastly, the staff was so attentive and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special, and everyone was extremely attentive in the lobby, restaurants, and pool area. They treated our parents to champagne to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and even went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and bars to meet our needs. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, sea view / next to ocean, really nice room (though, expensive), very quiet
Cons: Somehow isolated even if it doesn’t look like that on a map, prices were pretty awful

Pros: What a great location and a stunning view. From the moment you set foot in the hotel, the staff makes you feel at home. The summer spa is a real treat; you have the ocean as your decor.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great design of rooms with pool in building across the street. Great sea view from rooms in main building. Enthusiastic and friendy staff.
Cons: While the rooms are great, the pool cleaning system makes noise during the night.

Pros: Location isn’t so far from Palma and not as busy as Palma so that’s great! Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The central AC system was shut down at every 11pm till early morning so it was quite warm in our bedroom at night. Besides that, the AC didn’t work in our last couple of days so basically it was warm the whole day for a couple of days too

Pros: Excellent hotel. We only stayed for one night but would not hesitate to come back again. Buffet breakfast was the best.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel and lovely helpful staff. Close walking distance to the port and restaurants and 10 mins in a taxi into Palma. Supermarket close by.
Cons: No tea/coffee or water left in room although there was a kettle. Would have liked pool service.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, lovely pool and the room was perfect. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I together with another couple just spent eight nights at this hotel. It is one of these properties which is frustratingly close to being a really great hotel but sadly misses the mark in a few areas. The property itself is a mixture of dated and modern. The hotel is well appointed as one should expect for a ‘Leading Hotel of the World’. The hotel offers a discounted breakfast package to guests staying several days. This offers great value as the breakfast buffet is very extensive. There is nothing nicer in good weather than breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace. We ate lunch and dinner in the Arrels Restaurant which was pleasant. The hotel is well positioned outside Palma with easy access by bus, taxi or car. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
Cons: Our room had an usual layout to enable the large double bed to face out towards the sea. Try as one may to arrange one’s bedside table or other parts of one’s room as one preferred by setting out an alarm clock, a torch, a personal radio or other personal effects, the turn down service irritatingly re-sets the room to their mandated layout and one’s alarm clock, torch and personal radio are all pushed to one side on the bedside table to make way instead for a bright red Clarins brochure giving details of Spa treatments and the TV control unit. Can someone explain to me why hotels re-organise clients personal effects especially for clients staying for several nights? Can’t they just accept that clients might find using the TV control unit less useful than a torch or an alarm clock in the dark during the night. One of the most irritating things at the Grand Melia de Mar in Illetas was their permitting and encouraging smoking outside on balconies. I say encouraging, because every balcony was equipped with an ash tray and Melia branded matches! If you are not a smoker, you are likely to be inhaling the fumes from neighbouring balconies when stepping outside, which is most unpleasant. The same was the case outside on the terrace whilst enjoying breakfast - where the person at the next table was puffing toxic fumes over neighbouring guests! As we now know that smoking causes cancer, the Melia Group should urgently re-consider this policy. The bathrooms are well equipped with double, yes double showers (?!) and ours also had an extremely deep bath tub and a plug which didn’t seal. So every bath required multiple re-fills and even when asked to repair this, it remained deficient. There were also twin wash basins. Again can someone explain why a bathroom with two showers, two wash basins and a bath comes with a single bar of soap and only one bath mat? Even though each morning we requested a second bath mat, the turndown service would unhelpfully remove one!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Awesome peaceful place with great views & ocean access...
Cons: Nothing! All perfect!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, the view, the pool, the restaurants, the service, the modern room amenities.
Cons: We had a questionable experience at check-in: We were immediately invited to update our room (without having even seen it) at an additional cost of 100 Euros/day. The upgrade included a higher floor, access to a suite for snacks and drinks, a day bed by the pool, and access to the spa. We asked to see it, and it was nice (although the design of the patio blocked a magnificent view of the coastline). Then we asked to see the room we were supposed to get, and it was the worst room in the hotel: on the bottom floor, a blocked ocean view, and the patio overlooked the parking lot. We could help but feel that it was a bait and switch situation. We asked for another room, and they begrudgingly found a twin room instead of the king we requested. Only after we considered leaving and moving to another hotel did they find a perfectly fine room, just like the one we requested (magically!). While we felt we were being duped, that feeling went away after a couple of hours of enjoying the beauty and service of the resort.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Cons: N/A
4,6 Okay
Cons: Service level below average and definitely not worth 5 stars in a global comparison.

Pros: The hotel has a fabulous location with the restaurant overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful and charming with nothing too much trouble despite being very busy. Our room was a simple double but with a good terrace and lovely sea view. It is an easy trip from the UK
Cons: The restaurant served lovely food but it was the same menu for lunch and dinner every day - staying there for a week meant there wasn't much variety. The hotel is in a residential area and the local town doesn't have a great deal of interest to offer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food was superb and very good service. It was busier than I had experienced here previously but the staff remained attentive and accommodating. Reception staff again were all very helpful, assisting with all aspects of our stay. We will return, and I can recommend this beautiful typically mallorquin hotel.

Pros: Very very well run holiday retreat, the food and restuarnt is of a very high standard and some of the best I ever tasted, should be a Michelin star rated.

Cons: Did nt like having to pay extra for beach sunbeds. Coffee machines a bit of a nightmare. No british tv channels or anyway to stream through our phones as we have Amazon and Netfix which we could of streamed. Pros: I loved the view from the pool and from our hotel room. The breakfast buffet was amazing
Cons: They would charge 2,80 Euro for renting a beach towel, the room is quite outdated. The hair dryer is very old school. When you shower, there is no curtain or door to block the water to come out of the bath tub where half the bathroom floor is all wet by the time you are done showering.

Pros: the hotel is in a nice location.
Cons: i didn’t like the location if my room, it was a nice room, but not the best of views, especially seeing i was in a corner room, near the cleaners entrance, and it was a mess at the side of the building!
7,5 Good
Pros: They were very attentive and kind.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was set on a pretty cove with beautiful sea views. Our room was well decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a modern shower room. All good. The air conditioning was very useful and the balcony had table and chairs and a glass facade which allowed watching the sea easily. The pool was adequate and the sea wall had easy access for swimming. Breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. Staff were very polite and helpful, and sorted out a minor problem with a light switch very quickly.
Cons: There were only a couple of free parking spaces outside the hotel, otherwise it was metered paying. Nowhere to really walk except along streets around the hotel. Not very pretty.
7,9 Good
Pros: The vareity of the breakfast was very good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: location by the sea
Cons: separate single beds, no one big bed

Pros: location is very good for a quiet time off
Cons: breakfast menu and food quality was just basic

Pros: There is literally nothing not to like about this property it is such a high standard I can’t believe it’s only 4*. The rooms are beautifully appointed we were in the exclusive area and had fee access to the Balinese beds which were superb quiet peaceful and calm with a lovely Jacuzzi and massage. I would highly recommend this hotel we have stayed in five star properties in Palma and not had as good experience as we have had here
Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice for everyone. The hotel was only about a 25min drive from the airport, and is situated in a quiet area hence making the holiday very relaxing. The beach is just perfect,a small sandy cove, just minutes down the road from the hotel. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: My sisters 50 and we where a bit disappointed about not being in the main hotel we should not have worried it was fabulous tha Anexx was great love our stay we’ll definitely be back x
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice. Lunch/tapas in the outside restaurant had a good menu and pleasant al fresco location. Our second bedroom was very good, with a new bathroom, large shower and comfortable bed with good linen. We had moved from a much smaller room which had a very tired and tiny bathroom. The hotel were very helpful in making sure our family's three rooms were all together and upgraded us, for which we were very grateful. The reception staff were efficient and helpful.
Cons: The so-called gastronomic restaurant was truly terrible. Outlandish combinations of flavours which didn't work at all. Massively over-priced, and the worst thing was that the perfectly good menu and location of the much nicer day-time restaurant closed at 6.30, meaning guests had no alternative if they wished to stay at the hotel during the evening. My son and daughter-in-law had a young baby and so were confined to the hotel in the evenings. Apparently they could order room service but it was 'forbidden' to eat anywhere other than in their room or on their balcony. Honestly, H10, you have really got this SO wrong. The expensive restaurant looked half empty most nights meaning that guests were obviously choosing to eat elsewhere. There are lots of great alternatives in the vicinity. There is also a problem with availability of sunbeds, as other reviewers have said. The towel allocation is rather unusual for a four star hotel. All other hotels we have stayed at have a towel station where guests can swap towels as required, however at H10 you get tickets to swap for towels at reception.
6,3 Good
Pros: The pools were lovely and location beautiful the tapas was lovely in the bar restaurant.
Cons: We were given a room that was stated to be garden view however it looked over a car park and felt very unsafe as it was in total view of passing traffic. We were kindly upgraded after the first night. There was rubbish all around the hotel in bushes, under loungers etc. On the whole the hotel felt very tired and in need of a refurb. Having stayed at h10 before this one was a let down.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: There are nice deck chairs on the grass and nice pools.
Cons: First of all mispresentation on booking.com. There is no access to beach. There is no beach at all. It is not "boutique" hotel, but really huge hotel 200+rooms with law level of service. Like Soviet Union hotel in early 80th. There are long lines at reception, average waiting time for checking out can be up to 40 minutes. It took us 20min to check in, given that everything was paid prior to arrival. There are lines and waiting time for breakfast as well. I never seen that before. Quality of food is mediocre. There were no avocado, fresh fruits were not nice (not mature), lots of canned fruits. Rooms are old, but overall acceptable. I never ever will stay in hotel of this hotel chain. No private parking (available for everyone) Restaurant is overpriced
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We love this hotel... spotless & comfortable rooms , ours had a new bathroom. Beautiful grounds & views. Great breakfast & comfortable loungers. We have returned to this hotel many times, and it never disappoints. We also received an upgraded room, which was lovely, thank you!
Cons: Some of the external stone tiles around the pool & outside bar area are looking a bit tired & look like they need replacing.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Easy to book , great hotel and location Staff great
Cons: Wasn’t happy about the email from someone I have no idea to pay the bill Who are gold pay !! Email looks more like a scam Too many mosquitoes in the hotel including the room bites all over would put me off Coming back

Pros: The breakfast is very good and enjoyable. The swimming pool, SPA and Sauna facilities are fantastic. My baby enjoyed a lot the indoor swimming pool. We also booked two massage sessions and my wife enjoyed the massages there.
Cons: Maybe the dinner buffet is the only thing I did not like so much. But you could choose not to have dinner there. There are also very nice restaurants around the hotel. The swimming pools, SPA and Sauna facilities are closed a bit too early from my point of view, only until 8:00PM. It will be great if they can open them until a bit late, like 10PM. We can still enjoy them after dinner. :-)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location only 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Really good choice of restaurants in walking distance. The staff were amazing! Pool great and the spa was excellent! Loved every minute! Great sized rooms! Lots of lovely high end extras added!
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Room was very noisy
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice views of sea in distance and a lovely pool set in a nice green area
Cons: Breakfast buffet was cold and food rather tasteless, coffee machines rather than a fresh pot of coffee, was second rate.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staffs were welcoming and good service.
Cons: Only spa is the main attraction of this hotel.. not worth the money, no good breakfasts, no proper lounges.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in relaxing atmosphere. Great little private beach and good pool. Very clean and friendly staff. Recommend you get one of the front facing rooms, with balcony overlooking the ocean. Very tasty breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was all very lovely. Had a great time. Lots of good things locally. Entertaining and fun Clean and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, stuff very friendly, food was amazing and the entire atmosphere was really cozy and intimate.
Cons: The room needed a bit of reparations. Probably because it was end of season.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast, view from the terrace and public transport to the city center.
Cons: Few restaurants at a walking distance and the fact that Illetas is the typical tourist site, full of hotels and high buildings that does not fit with what we seek.
7,5 Good
Pros: Pool was lovely, best part is the steps down to the sea where you can swim and relax. Indoor pool is also great if you have a cloudy day.
Cons: Try and book a sea view or larger room. We had 115 which had tiny bathroom with no space and completely open plan, our view was ground floor car park - such a shame.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The food was not good. Breakfast was poor and lunch not great either
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for four nights with my daughter to spend some quality time together. Took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for about 35 Euros, easier than two buses as we were tired and it only took 20 mins. Wonderful welcome of sparkling wine or water by staff, much appreciated. Our room on the third floor was small but well laid out with modern chic decor and everything we needed and a view of the sea if you sat near the window. Beds were very comfortable and made up every morning. Shower pressure was brilliant. Our room was spotless. Easy access by lift or stairs to the dining area for breakfast, dinner etc. Our breakfast was included and with a massive buffet style spread there was a choice of almost anything you wanted. In addition the chef would cook a variety of egg breakfast and or pancakes to choice. Oh, I should add if you wanted cava for breakfast, fresh juice, fresh lemon water etc it was all there - spoilt for choice. Spent most of our time swimming in the pool, sunbathing and enjoying the wonderful food at the hotel - our break was all about having a rest from our busy lives. Lunch menu was excellent and we had dinner at our hotel on two evenings. What can I say, the choice of food at dinner from the buffet or chef cooked selection was awesome. The other evenings we tried the local Chinese restaurant just across the road and another local restaurant. The main pool is deep and you can only stand on tiptoe by the access steps but there is also a small sit-in pool if you can't swim. Views from all eating areas and sunbathing areas are wonderful. Would definitely return here with hubby.
Cons: Seems the 6th floor terrace was closed, forgot to find out why. Consider replacing plastic straws or not using them.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were great spacious pool area brill steps down to a private beach area bar area great restaurants great great deco location good for couples quiet but a bus ride away from Palma and portals
Cons: Mmmmm let think lol nothing

Pros: What I liked most about Sentido Cala Viñas was pool area. You have an excellent sea view, good pool and access to sea for snorkeling. I also like breakfast though, at my surprise, there were no fish. Strange for hotel that stays in front of sea. Rooms are really good, cozy and spacious. We had particularly good sea view.
Cons: Bed for two should be one big bed, not the two separate beds with chasm in the middle. I hope that hotel management will fix it next time we get back to that wonderful place)

Pros: The Hotel is fabulous, This will be our 9th year at Sentido Cala Vinas and we will keep returning. From the moment you arrive here you are made to feel most welcome. The staff are friendly, helpful, good fun and are always aproachable. Cala Vinas is a quiet location, perfect for a laid back / lazy type of holiday. The food has always been first class and this year was no exception. The hotel is kept spotless with rooms overlooking the bay, just right for sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine etc. Cannot speak too highly of the hotel, great place to stay, thank you again for a lovely holiday.
Cons: nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: All food presented well and refreshed when required; Restaurant staff always cheerful and on hand to hel. Used plates cleared efficiently. Water 'on tap' but please label it clearly - still / sparkling as the other products are.
Cons: I may have missed it in my room (which was excellent - 921) but a small card detailing contact telephone numbers ie reception and time for meals / bar opening times would have been so helpful, Plus floor locations. - A minor thing probably but it did take me a while to find the number for reception.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good ,the location was very good as we had a car and could explore the local area, the staff were very helpful with any questions we had, it was nice to have different bar zones, the evening entertainment was a bonus, we loved that we could jump into the sea from the lovely pool area .

Pros: Upgraded from 2 rooms to an apartment. Amazing views. Loved the breakfast. Live the pool and sea front area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Firstly the staff are so amazing, they will do anything to go above and beyond. We arrived and they even gave us a better room with a sea view. We were very grateful! Parking cost 12 or 14 euros a day (can’t remember exact), or you can park on the street if you can find parking. The buffet dinner was tasty and cost €20 very worth it. The sun beds are a delight to lay on and hear the waves crashing. Fast wifi and breakfast tasty too!
Cons: The soft lounge beds that you see in the photos are only for VIP and cost €50 to use.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is conveniently located next bus stop Quick and easy transfer from the airport Pool area and beach is great Breakfast was fantastic especially if you sit outside overlooking the sea Nice room across from the hotel overlooking the sea (if the noise of cars etc doesn’t bother you)
Cons: Would prefer to have had a kettle for basic tea and coffee facilities Leak from the ceiling in the bathroom
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second time back here and we will definitely be making it a 3rd and 4th in 2020 :) Staff - Exceptionally friendly and always make us feel welcome and are most helpful. They even greeted us as returning guests which really was lovely and gave the whole trip a familial feel. Location - This is one location you cannot beat, a relaxing drive 30 minutes from Palma airport you find this amazing hotel nestled into the cove of Ses Illetas with miles and miles of ocean before you and it's 2 minutes from your room to jump into the lovely blue abyss. Food & Drink - Wonderful food and great drinks menu. Whether you are dining in the main restaurant or having a light lunch at the Snack Bar after a swim, this hotel offers much food variety, there is something for everyone. Amenities - Multiple pools, fitness center and quick access to the beach make this a hotel you don't need to leave for your whole holiday if you don't want to, everything you need is right here. Toiletries - Great! They have everything you need and more. Room - Highly recommend booking a suite, the space is really lovely and the views are phenomenal. All the comforts you could possibly want are right there!
Cons: I find it hard to find things I didn't like, as this place is phenomenal, if I have to find something: Bodywash scent has changed - it is now orange, the more neutral smelling bodywash, similar of that available in June, is lovely. Breakfast - They have the best hash browns but they were only available one morning of our 3 breakfasts, I think they should be there everyday.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view and right next to the sea. Loved the views and the food there . A lot of options available for vegetarian and they are happy to help you at any time
Cons: The washroom at our room was very small like tiny . Also they dint give us coffee packets or tea and apparently they don’t give you anything if they upgrade your room.

Pros: Perfect Location. Hotel was fabulous! Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice, which had a fridge - which was good to chill drinks! Bed was really comfy! It had a really good shower too! Room was cleaned everyday! The pool was really nice, there was never any hassle in getting a sun lounger by the poolside. We had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. It was everything we expected and more!
Cons: It would of been nice to have music/entertainment in the evenings! Other than that I had no complaints :)

Pros: Property was immaculate. Fab location in the quieter side of the island which suited us fine. Great selection of food at breakfast. Plenty of choices of drinks at the bar. All staff friendly and very helpful. Rooftop pool was amazing. Will definitely recommend and may even visit again next year.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great facilities roof top pool and pool downstairs was fab. Location not bad. About 15min walk to main strip. But only 5min to the beach.
Cons: Cleaners are very ignorant. Came into our room even though we told them not too. 6 of them around us cleaning and us rushing to go to a wedding. It was a horrible experience. The room was untidy but not untidy enough for them to behave the way they did. Horrible people. And no english which made it worse.
