Great bed with very comfy matrass, big room, very nice furniture, very helpful and friendly staff! the hotel at the Lobby area Looks like an african Museum! the ambience is above any measure! pool in the inner Yard, Yard is green, spacious and well equipped for chilling recommended!!

Pros: We stayed at Beetleloop for one night (we had a flight early the next morning and needed to stay somewhere close to the airport). The staff was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The guest house is very conveniently located - only a 20 mins drive to Nelspruit airport. They made an excellent breakfast and gave us a bigger room. Their garden is lovely.

Pros: Very professionally run, efficient and very welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with inside / outside areas, large and very comfortable room, which matched many expensive hotels we have stayed in and nice location overlooking the town. Also has a lovely pool and sunbathing area and luxurious covered terrace for relaxing. All in all this is a very good guest house and excellent value for money.
Cons: Our double bed was too short for me (I'm 6' 3" which is hardly unusual) so our first night my sleep was somewhat poor. However, when I requested a change of room to one with a bigger bed this was granted immediately by the reception staff, with apologies for my poor night's sleep. These people know the meaning of good hospitality!

Cons: To start with the room allocated to us via bookings.com was given to another guest. We had to wait over an hour after travelling half the day to get an apartment. Had to contact maintenance daily during 4 day stay. Gates didn't work, Bath didn't work, shower door jammed and locked my wife inside. some days you would get toast with breakfast, others not, tea or coffee not included in breakfast. Staff use vulgar language in front of kids, had to get management involved. rooms very noisy. It's a pity because the place has potential if it was better run with friendly management that knew what they were doing. A long shot from a 5 star rating, at very best a 3 star place!

Pros: One of the best places to stay in Nelspruit. They are a little far from the city center, so its better to have a car. I hd a car, so there was no problem. The facillities were very nice, and the staff was great. They can also organize safaris into Kruger. There is plenty of parking and the location is very safe. I would stay here again.
Cons: I liked everything. I gave a little lower mark just for the location, as it is a little remote. I wouldnt have liked to walk up to there. But once there the location is great - next to a river, a mountain, nice area etc.

Cons: The rooms didnt smell fresh and that's probably due to the dirty carpets, tge bathtub was dirty , we had to buy our own two pin plugs luckily ilanga mall is across the road. The couches and chairs were stained just as the carpet was. Wouldn't go back..i found myself questioning my choice

Pros: Breakfast was not that great, there was no variety whatsoever, and for a buffet, you expect more. The following day, same things again.
Cons: The bathrooms, there was only 1 small towel provided, 1 shower gel for the whole day, once you use it at night, in the morning you don't have anything to use. Also, there is mortein guard that can be used for the small bugs. The hotel can just invest in 1 spray per room. You can't even put down your toothbrush in the bathrooms, you stand for a minute, they are all over you. very unhygienic.
