Cons: Biggest bed was only a double, no air conditioner, cappuccino machine not working.

Pros: Loved the friendliness of the staff. Edward was fantastic and went out of his way to answer all my questions. I was doing site visits from Australia for my company "Africa Calls Travel and Safari. For a 3 star hotel this a GEM. I can guarantee that this is where we would place my clients who love a good bargain but not doing away with the service, food and cleanliness. Thanks to staff and management
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool is pretty big and really nice to have a drink around at the end of the Day. The living room is comfy and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was Nice and the room was clean.
Cons: Maybe they can improve their their abilities to advise People about the differents activities around. Some rooms are on the street, and there is à lot of trucks and buses driving around. Maybe we were missing thé air conditionning, it was really hot in our room.
6,0 Good
Pros: Graskop Hotel is located in an excellent location for those wanting to explore the panorama route, the staff service is excellent and their breakfast and dinner is very good. the only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel is that we didn’t have hot water in the morning and in the evening of Saturday, I am aware that there was a storm that disturbed the power several times but I do not think that justifies not having hot water, their geysers should be able to store hot water even in instances of power outage atleast for a few hours.
7,0 Good
Pros: The interiors were fantastic!
Cons: it’s a pity that the staff was not really helpful and not really nice. The total is noisy at night. The wall between rooms are thin and the neighbours were drunk :(
