Pros (+) We liked the cleanliness of the overall facility Efficiency of staff Organisation Rooms discreetly cleaned daily All basic amenities were provided. The resort even provided for eventual electricity failures by supplying a candle. Great views from the trails and viewpoints Ideally located by the Three Rondawels
Cons (-) Some trash discarded in back sections of pool area by visitors. Hard to reach places and more of a visitor problem than the resort management. Would be nice if they found a way to clean that area.
