Perfect location for London, less than a 5 minute walk from the London eye and that part of London. Could not hear traffic from the main road in the room. Clean and very rustic room, lovely bathroom. Bathroom products included. Had an iron and ironing board, also lovely coffee bags for coffee in the morning. Had a radio that was a clock and played music via your Bluetooth also. Large comfortable bed and big pillows. Easy to check in, however they do add an extra charge on your debit/credit card in case of damage. Of which they say they will refund once confirmed there is no damage. Easy to check out. Great hotel and no issues to report. Had a happy comfortable stay. Price wise is typical for London, paid £115 for 1 night and charged £150.
Nothing of concern to report, only thing did not have a hairdryer in the room. But this was not a problem as I brought my own, however it could be if you expect there to be one there for your use.
Great location. Friendly staff
Rooms and hotel are dated.
The staff were wonderful and the location was great! Really nice bar, did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked good too. Rooms were large and clean.
The staff was amazing and the location was perfect.
The tv program options were awful and our bathtub was dirty.
Great location but totally average otherwise
Location for theatre and culture
Having a 12.5% service charge added to a drink I bought at the bar (went to the bar to buy it so no added service beyond normal bar duties). Public hotel areas well equipped but very dusty in harder to reach areas. Room had all amenities but nothing special.
