Really good area and easy to locate
Great location, friendly staff, powerful shower, room was nothing fancy but clean.
Only 2 thin pillows on bed had to ask for more twice before we got them but probably a genuine oversight. Also we weren't impressed with Boyd's restaurant - although it was beautiful to look at - the food was average
Large room, fresh air, large windows which could open. Good security measures.
No bath, only shower. Needed more milk sachets in room.
The restaurant is great. Most of the staff was friendly.
I choce this hotel as I had an excellent stay there before. This time when we checked in, we were given a room on floor C, that is below the street level, with a very small window. Furthermore, the corridor in front was packed with chairs so it was like a storage room. When we asked for a different room the lady in the reception was anything but pleasant and reluctantly gave us another room in the same category we had booked but on a different floor.
This hotel was very well placed being right in the heart of London, so, close to Trafalger Square, Piccadily Circus, The Strand, Leicester Square and Charing Cross Station all within very easy walking distance which made travel a breeze, we wereable to use public transport easily and cheaply without having to resort to the underground, although this was right on our doorstep if preferred, but a big plus in my book, to be able to travel overground.
Breakfast was available at the hotel, but rather expensive at £19 per person, especially, as we found, there were three alternative places to eat breakfast, within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. No toilets or seating in the lobby...unfortunate, although they did allow people to use the toilets on a different floor if they asked.

There is plenty of great eating at Club Quarters Hotel Trafalgar Square. Boyds Grill & Wine Bar serves great British fare while 50 Kalo di Ciro Salvo specializes in serving Neapolitan-style pizza. In fact, the pizza’s authenticity is beyond doubt because the hotel employs a third-generation pizza maker from Naples to supervise the making of pizza. The pizzeria also ensures authenticity because the tomatoes and mozzarella are imported straight from Italy.
