Pros: The staff was super nice, breakfast was very good, room was comfy besides the bed,
Cons: The mattress was absolutely terrible.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It’s very close to centre of Luton with big mall where you find lots of eating places. Tea and coffee in room was also a bonus.
Cons: Staff member at front desk at time could do with a smile. Also check in time is 3pm which is not the practice used by most international hotels which is 2pm. While breakfast was a buffet it was not a lot of options for the price of 12 pounds charged.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We didn't rate the breakfast
Cons: It was underwhelming
Excellent 9,5
Pros: The staff were very friendly
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location and vibe was excellent, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and professional.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Bery fast check in /checknout, very friendly, nice rooms but not big
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff great parking nothing too much trouble for them
Excellent 9,5
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the evening was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The Room was clean and tidy. I Would recommend this hotel.
Cons: There was a problem with the air conditioning unit. It just wouldn't switch off. Not that the temperature was wrong. It was just too noisy. We tried switching it off on the control panel. That didn't work. We even took the cardcard which activates the electric to the room out. All the lights and electric went off. But the air conditioning unit still kept going! All night! Kept waking us up. It was late and we couldn't be bothered to complain. So we put up with it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything!!! Welcome greeting on arrival. Gorgeous room and very quiet. Lovely breakfast and hotel parking. A fantastic place to stay.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Good 7,5
Pros: Breakfast staff were fantastic.
Cons: Front desk were a little aloof and not openly welcoming.
Good 7,0
Pros: The property was quite central and near to the mall and train and bus station. Easy for me To get a taxi to the airport
Cons: Unfortunately the cistern to the WC didn’t work and it didn’t get fixed while I was there. Also there is a £20 charge to check in early which is something I have never encountered before.

Pros: Good clean rooms, friendly staff, nice food
Cons: A wee bit awkward to find as there are no signs anywhere to direct you when you are driving up the narrow street towards it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were lovely and it was a beautiful room. A great location which was so convenient to town.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was very good and very tasty. Bar and garden patio was very good and had a good atmosphere. Reception staff went above and beyond for my elderly disabled mother. We were able to leave our car in the car park after check out. The restaurant menu was very varied and my steak was so tender and tasty.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I originally booked a single room for the night but was offered a free upgrade to a double room with a lovely big bath. The hotel room was spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed and air conditioning. There were also tea and coffee making facilities and little sachets of hot chocolate which was nice. I had dinner in the Azure Brasserie which is downstairs and the food was fantastic. Breakfast was great too with a huge selection of food to choose from. I honestly cannot fault this hotel or the staff. Janine on reception was really lovely and every other member of staff I came across was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and very tasty
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The managers son Billy NOThING else
Cons: The Manager was incredibly rude and aggressive towards us when telling us we couldn’t have the room we booked and shoe horning us into a tiny dirty double bedroom with a rock bed door handle handle hanging off and a mouldy shower and bathroom
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This Hotel was amazing, The staff where brilliant and the value for money was great, I will definitely be going back again, especially for a girls night to sit on the terrace and have some food, Music was perfect. Hotel had a really good safe entrance to the rooms they have thought of everything for your stay with them. Loved it!
Cons: There is not anything about this hotel that I did not like
Good 6,3
Pros: Staff very nice & helpful
Cons: The town center area it’s attached too!
Okay 5,5
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: No window in the room or bathroom except a sky light. Room was ok, it was a family room but still quite small. Lots of dirt under the sofa bed. The sofa bed was just a leather sofa laid flat with a sheet on top, kept sticking to the bed. No hand soap in the bathroom. To be honest it was a bit claustrophobic, we asked to change rooms but they were all booked up. Very noisy because we had the sky light open and every so often someone was putting bottles into something, recycling maybe. It was a Fri night and there was a private party going on, which was fair enough. We didn't get to sleep till about 2am. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn't stay again. Perhaps it's quieter in the week.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfy beds and luxury baths.

Excellent 9,4
Pros: - Pet friendly - Beautiful building with beautiful rooms and beautiful gardens
Cons: - The kitchen is just regular - We had to queue for the breakfast because the room is too small - We had to reserve even for the 5 o clock tea hours in advance
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room overlooking the gardens was superb and having the option to do clay shooting on the expansive grounds was a definite bonus as an extra treat for my partners birthday. Upon arrival at our room there was a leak from the air conditioning unit, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes and we were subsequently moved into an alternate upgraded room next door for the inconvenience. Great second visit and thinking this may even be the place we get married
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The estate is lovely to walk around rock gardens lake etc . The staff are so nice and friendly can’t do enough for you . The rooms are very very nice and so clean with lovely views . The food is of a very high standard highly recommend
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel & overall venue makes it great to stay at - it isn’t too expensive or too cheap so happy to visit again.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was just perfect no words to describe more just beautiful
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Stunning building, decor and views. Staff were super friendly and the facilities are great!
Cons: Rooms a little dated and the breakfast could have used better quality ingredients.
Okay 5,5
Pros: Rooms were a good size although fussy and old fashioned. The grounds are beautiful. Room service was very punctual when I requested fresh milk.
Cons: Rude staff, slow service, terrible complaints management, bad communication. Pool was very small for the number of spa guests and there wasn't enough seating around the pool either. Communal areas are quite run down e.g. in the country club accommodation.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Nice large room, grounds beautiful.
Cons: We had an issue with the toilet, which was not flushing when we arrived, which was fixed, then an issue with the TV (x3), which was fixed each time, then the fire alarm went off at about 4am. We were not checked on, we went outside for about 25 minutes, none checked on us, or said we could go back to our room, so we just did. We asked a number of people about the alarm, no one could tell us what happened, we were not provided with any explanation/apology. The air-conditioning subsequently did not work, which was subsequently fixed. It seemed to be understaffed, we had to ask twice for a corkscrew (which took 20mins), and then on another occasion twice for an ice bucket (15mins). The staff were all lovely but everything took too long for a 5 star hotel at £250 a night
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Room was lovely with its own garden, great bar staff in main house .
Cons: Mix up with drinks and dinner orders in brasserie.
Okay 4,3
Cons: Staff at breakfast very rude. Closed the door on us just before we entered and given it was glass could see us. All because it was 10 mins before close.

Pros: Comfy pillows. 10 minute walk to airport. Appetising menu for supper and helpful staff. Breakfast available from 4am and grab and go bags for quick departure. Hot food from 6.30am.

Cons: Evrything good.
Excellent 9,3
Cons: Coffee at breakfast was watery and sausages did not look great as every one was split and half cooked.
Good 6,5
Pros: Advantages: +very good location +nice facilities +relatively spacious room
Cons: Disadvantages: -staff misinformed us about time needed to get to the airport and we were rushing out at 04:00 in the morning without having possibility of taking breakfast which we have paid for. Too much focus is paid to shuttle bus connection when in fact it takes 5 minutes to go to the airport. We were 2.5 hours before our flight when we could have had breakfast in easy and relaxed way. Bad information from reception staff!

Pros: The hotel is in quite a good location for the airport although it did cost us £9 in an Uber to get to the airport the next morning. Continental breakfast was ok but we still had to eat at the airport as not much choice.

Pros: Very nice room with upmarket fittings.
Cons: Paper thin walls between rooms. You could hear everything going on. Very poor breakfast that doesn't do justice to the Hilton brand. Surprisingly the breakfast was no better in quality over a premier Inn. Premier Inn comes out on top in terms of quietness. Their doors don't slam.
Excellent 9,3

Good 6,8
Pros: Was functional and they had rooms available at reasonable rates.
Cons: Crowded and noisy. Was in a field in the middle of nowhere. Not obvious why they need to charge extra for parking.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location, room size and breakfast.
Cons: We found our room had already been used; I learned from reception that someone had checked and then moved to another room, but neither reception or housekeeping had checked it before re-allocating it. The bathroom was soiled and there was rubbish left in the room. Whilst we were moved and the reception staff were very apologetic, this should never have happened.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked.
Cons: The entire experience was wonderful, from the staff, the room and the breakfast.

Good 7,5
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating, without exception; I had a few problems with the room facilities, which they worked hard to solve.
Cons: The property is a little tired and needs some investment to improve facilities.

Pros: Second stay, Beautiful traditional inn, lovely cute rooms
Cons: Shower cubical in the old part of the inn is very small, this would not stop me staying again. However in the new block there are wonderful walk in showers
Okay 5,8
Pros: The location is close to the airport yet quiet, the staff are friendly and helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable
Cons: the plates and bowls at the breakfast buffet were all covered in food remains as though they had been quickly rinsed before being used again, in fact it was so off putting that I abandoned breakfast altogether and went to the nerby kfc instead, On a less important note the shower was dirty and had lots of mould in it.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very close to airport lovely rooms
Cons: The giant spider in my room
Good 6,8
Pros: stuff nice and helpful, nice breakfast
Cons: not clean enough, towels felt like someone has alredy used them
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Useful location for overnight stay at airport, reasonably comfortable and all hours functioning for travellers. 10 min walk to airport or bus transfer few minutes walk away. Reception staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Typically overpriced and poor food/ drink offering taking advantage of airport position with no easily available competition. Bar staff also saw no need to compete on service. Would have expected hotel to have it's own free shuttle service to airport...tried to offer taxis instead (didn't even dare ask price ! )
Good 6,3
Pros: Rooms with windows which can be at least opened a bit.Comfortable bed, good housekeeping.Location was good as well.
Cons: Rooms cards do not open the doors, you need to get it fixed each time at reception.Staff are not helpful and seem like they started their job yesterday.Breakfast is poor and British nothing for others in such a way that you cannot find cheddar to eat. I’d not stay again.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms are cosy. Staff is very friendly and professional I always stay here when I fly from Luton airport as prices in Luton town are cheaper. I do recommend this place as it is perfect for a good night's rest. Taxis to the airport are inexpensive. It is not far from Luton's High Street. There are many good pubs in Luton.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: No breakfast, location is convenient to Luton train/bus station and the center of the town. Many shops, eating places around.
Cons: It's strange that there wasn't a garbage in the room, kind of difficult to deal with waste.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good. Fridge, microwave, kettle toaster etc. All working as it should. Loads of options for food in the area and parking, although on street was not an issue. Would stay again.
Cons: Room was warm and no way to cool it without addition of a fan. Also my room was over the main road, so leaving the window open for the heat added to noise of people and traffic. Other rooms, speaking to some of the other residents were better in terms of position etc. Left a beer in the Fridge :(
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Very clean, few miles from the airport very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: .
Okay 5,5
Pros: The single room was adequate in size with shower/toilet room and kitchenette fitted into the space.
Cons: My room was next to Chapel Street and all through the night noise from the road was disturbing, I did not sleep at all. Dance music played loudly from stationary cars, drunken and aggressive conversation and behaviour could be clearly heard, speeding vehicles and planes taking off from the airport. This was with the window closed. It was also a humid night and with the window closed made for further discomfort. Perhaps this reflects the locals of Luton. Through the night the other guests of the hotel would also slam their doors despite notices on the walls asking for consideration of fellow guests. There was also a strong smell emanating from the shower room which needed to be closed, along with the effects of mould on the ceiling and walls.
Okay 4,5
Pros: Kitchenette and holt water shower.]
Cons: The smell was terrible, it kept us awake there was pubic hair on the bed and it was very noisy
Excellent 9,5
Cons: Parking restriction on local estate
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Very good value for the money.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Friendly staff Clean room
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,3
Pros: We arrived very late at night because our flight was delayed, it wasn’t a problem. Next morning we had some questions how to get to train station and also staff was very helpful.
Cons: I’m petite so it wasn’t that problematic for me, even though I didn’t feel 100% comfortable, but my husband is 190 cm hight and the bed was definitely too short for him.

Pros: Staff are polite and helpful.
Cons: The smell in the toilet and the shower room.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful, we left early in the morning and we had small breakfast bags prepared. Small room but it was enough since we just wanted to sleep in. The beds were okay and the TV was a nice addition. Walked from the Luton train station and wanted to be close to the airport for the early flight.
Cons: The walls are quite thin, you could hear people opening and closing the doors. More cleaning would be great. We were amused by the drawers from the desk which randomly started opening when we were doing sudden movements.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The location was okay and there was no noise even tho its beside a busy street. The staff were really nice, helpful and great !
Cons: The tv channels and small tv maybe a little upgrade to smart tv
Okay 5,5
Pros: Very clean. Good location and handy for stop over. Staff were friendly. Shower was OK.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress was old and we could feel all the springs and the bedding was stiff and rough. The room was tiny; the roof sloped down so much you couldn’t walk round one side of the bed.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Location, size of room, cleanliness, breakfast
Cons: Some road noise
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Firstly location of the hotel is good. Near to town centre, Near to Airport and just opposite to Fuel station. Check in service is very nice and easy. Room was neat and clean, with all described facilities. Also provided a Fan for this summer, which was very helpful(Thank you). Staff is very friendly and helpful (5 Stars to Staff member). Breakfast is ok. Room size is ok. Felt secure and comfortable in the hotel. Definitely I will visit again and I will recommend. :)
Cons: Hotel parking is congested, but there is free street parking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Was a last minute booking and we arrived after 3am due to our flight being delayed, wasn’t any problem, room and bathroom was lovely and clean, staff welcoming and breakfast lovely
Okay 5,5
Pros: Bathroom and bed clean
Cons: Needs a dust
Good 7,5
Pros: We Stayed Here Over Night As We Had A Flight To Lanzarote The Following Day We Was Allowed To Check Out But Leave Car In Car Park To Go To Town For A Couple Of Hours Before We Went To Airport Car Park. A 10 Minute Walk To Town And A 7 Minute Drive To APH Car Parks. I Recommend Get To Hotel Early As Carpark Has Limited Spaces.
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing except the staff member I dealt with before leaving hotel.
Cons: The night staff member at reception I dealt with at 5 in the morning. He ruined the rest of my night. Because of his disgusting customer service I wont be booking again.

Excellent 9,5
Pros: Nice and good staf special house keeping lady and over all staf was very nice
Cons: My next door guest was doing too much noise
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Location to airport but not right next door.
Cons: The smaller double room was quite hot but host did supply a fan.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Big old house turned into a friendly clean family run hotel and bar. Great food and value for money. Car park and 15 min walk into luton shopping centre. Room has tv, iron and ironing board, coffee, tea and electric fan which was needed in this clammy weather. Very clean bathroom with shower and toiletries. Staff were all polite and helpfull. Great atmosphere in the bar Saturday night, it was a real fun night. Luton airport is only 10 mins away.
Cons: Nothing! A few stairs up to our room but there are rooms on lower floors available if you prefer.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: was made to feel very welcome from start to finish . great beer. great breakfast . very helpful staff and a really nice atmosphere
Mediocre 3,8

Good 7,0

Excellent 9,5
Pros: Convenient location at our friends 50th Wedding Anniversary
Cons: A little tired , could do with a good clean , especially doors , seats in bar areas very aged
Okay 5,5
Cons: Tired in need of attention
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: It was moderately clean and the staff were ok
Cons: The room was clean and the staff were ok. However, this is all the positive comments we could make. Although the beds/bath/toilet etc were very clean, the carpet was stained and smelled of mould. The beds were very hard and not at all comfortable. There was no lock on the bathroom door and it wouldn't close properly which was awkward as I was staying with my teenage son. There was no aircon as advertised...what we got was a small fan that sounded like a chainsaw. The TV had only 5 channels - it wouldn't hurt to invest in a proper freesat service. The refuse lorries arrived outside our window at 6am which I guess can't be helped but a warning would have been nice. I think for £32 breakfast could really have been included as well. Won't be staying again...very poor.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything always stay here
Good 6,8
Pros: Affordable, didn’t need to pay online.
Cons: Need triple glazed windows could hear the passing traffic all night and morning
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Easy check in with very friendly staff manning the desk both at check in and at check out. Free Parking was a huge bonus and all I had to do was input my vehicle reg plate number into a provided tablet screen so that I wouldn't get a parking fine. I arrived too late to order room service BUT there is a petrol station just behind the hotel (literally) which has a bakery and a surprisingly large selection of foods which the hotel staff were happy for me to bring back into the hotel.
Cons: The room hadn't been cleaned since before the last guest used it, bedding hadn't been changed and neither had the bathroom towels (luckily I found spares in the cupboard) The windows were huge and let in lots of light, unfortunately because they didn't have net curtains the entire world could see inside the room which meant closing the curtains to get changed or for any form of privacy. There was a phone in the room but it wasn't plugged into the wall, I tried to plug it in but it was not the correct plug for the socket provided.
Good 7,0
Pros: Buffet breakfast OK but not brilliant
Cons: I booked very late due to flight cancellation. One bed in my twin room appeared to have been slept in and someone appeared to collect their final belongings ( she had moved room for some reason). It didn't really matter as I was on my own.
Good 7,5
Pros: Great location
Cons: Builders were refurbishing rooms on same floor as us, room was really dusty but staff were great
Mediocre 2,5
Cons: We got woken up at 5.30 in the morning they was having bin collection right outside are room. So noisy it woke us up. When we went to reception to report this. Manger and staff very rude
Good 7,5
Pros: The breakfast was fine for this type of hotel. It has lots of people coming to fly into and out of Luton airport, plus travelling reps etc.. The staff were friendly and helpful. They fixed the blocked sink whilst we had dinner. Dinner was ok.
Cons: One of our rooms had a blocked sink which we reported. The staff were surprised that we wanted dinner at 2000ish. The dining room was set up for breakfast.

Good 6,3
Pros: Convenient location close to the station.
Cons: The room was tiny and all the furniture was old. It is only for one night good.
Good 7,0
Pros: Price and simplicity. Had to spend a night before getting up for flight at Luton airport.
Cons: The location is not good at all. Outside were druggies and people inebriated, my partner was approached at the hotel entrance before even getting in by someone spaced asking for money. No real places to eat or hang out around the immediate area. People in side street out of it on drugs and in full view on the streets. In early morning when we left there was a much needed security person inside at the door in case anyone tried to get in. I did not feel safe wandering around outside in this area which is a great shame since the staff were fab and the room good.
Good 6,3
Pros: very small room. shower room even smaller. no clear signs on how to get to reception area
Cons: its a maze in there. no thank you after leaving room
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room and bathroom too small, no storage, only one plug socket, no vanity area, windows didn't open, had to ask at reception for hair dryer etc
Good 7,0
Cons: Base of bed had sharp corners
Okay 5,0
Pros: Good location and good price. Equidistant between Luton town centre and the airport.
Cons: The room smelt of cigarette smoke (smoking was prohibited) and the blind was very inferior. When the sun shone through on a mid-July morning I was awoken at 5am. I got back asleep after 30 minutes but still not ideal.
Okay 5,7
Cons: Very cheap, felt like a youth hostel.
Good 6,8
Pros: Good location, near to everything including train station
Cons: Very small room with a small window which can't be opened,no air conditioner no ventilation in the bathroom
Okay 5,0
Pros: Walking distance to train station.
Cons: No coffee or kettle in the room or in the hotel; just a coffee machine, but the reception can't help with £1 change, so I could not use it. It was freezing cold, I asked the receptionist to switch off the air conditioning and they did it, but it was soon on again. Asked again, same. Long waiting for hot water to the shower.
Good 7,5
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Price.
Cons: Shower didn't work properly - only hot water or very warm water and the hose was leaking
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Room without a window is dark and very good to sleep till 10. Bute Street car park right behind the hotel. Wet room and shower first class, excellent location, very good internet in the room.
Cons: Tv could work next time

Okay 5,8
Pros: The aircon in room was great, and the staff were really friendly
Cons: Room was dated and needed facelift/ painting, bathroom shower was all black mould around tray. Door key did not work so had to have door opened for us each time we were in. Booked with full English was only offer continental but declined. Asked for drinks from the bar but no drinks at all we’re available, whole hotel scruffy looking and in need of full makeover, reception area was poor too
Okay 5,5
Cons: It was very noisy people shouting early hours in the morning slamming of doors, I was woken up many of times so wasn’t happy about this.
Good 7,5
Pros: Friendly staff, comfy bed, local to shops
Cons: Could have been cleaner! Needs a few repairs and updating
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Poor quality, rooms and public spaces all filthy, no hot water, more patches on the ceiling than plaster, unclean bedding. Do not stay here!!
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The room was very dirt
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was a bee infested, small cramp little room! There were dead bee’s in the bathroom and live ones flying around the bedroom! My partner had to whack a towel around the room trying to get the bee’s out! It was horrible! Absolutely unacceptable! Caused us both distress. The tap came off as it was broken. The toilet door had no handle it looked as it was ripped off. The floorboards were badly creaky. There were “ink” (?) stains all over the carpet. The blinds were broken so you couldn’t put them up, had to have the lights on during the day as it was dark in the room. Overall it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! I shall be making a formal complaint to the hotel regarding all of this. Not worth my money at all!! Do not book!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff were great. Room, you get what you pay for but in this case I was quite surprised nice a clean, modern but a bit dated.
Cons: A very non tourist area, fireworks being set off, in what sounded like the hotel grounds, but not sure where exactly. More milk for coffee needed in room.
Okay 4,3
Pros: It was a roof over my head, better than the gutter, just. The surrounding area was very, very run down and squalid.
Cons: The hotel is apparently going through a refurbishment. At least that's what I was told last time I stayed ( about 18 months ago) nothing has changed. Helpful staff but the place is just so run down. First room I was allocated the door wouldn't lock possibly because someone had, at some point, smashed the door down and the door jam hadn't been repaired very well. The second room, whilst marginally better, had white plaster on one wall where some damage had been repaired. The window in the room was screwed down and inoperative. The bathroom / toilet while clean, the toilet, well luckily I'm slim anyone bigger wouldn't have been able to use it given the space between the two walls! Crowning glory? The door had no key as apparently none of the those on that floor functioned. I had to get the receptionist to let me in if I went out.
Good 7,0
Pros: Easy to walk into town. Cheap price.
Cons: Room keys didn't work so needed a member of staff to let us into our room.
