Excellent 10,0
Pros: Bery fast check in /checknout, very friendly, nice rooms but not big
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food in the restaurant was very nice. Italian chef. Felf like we were eating in Italy the pizza was that good
Excellent 8,0
Pros: All of the staff were clearly ready to provide service, the duty manager, in particular, went out of his way to ensure that I had all that I needed. I arrived too late for the restaurant (albeit see below) and the bar staff nevertheless provided me with a very nice sandwich and glass of wine. My bags were kept whilst I had appointments the next day and my day also kept in the secure car park a short distance away (which the duty manager guided me to on foot, the night before) until I needed it.
Cons: Had I known the restaurant (Pizzeria) would close somewhat before the actual designated closing time (because it is a wood fired oven) I would have finished my call sooner and got downstairs. That could have been publicised a little better but that is me being pedantic.
Good 7,0
Pros: Parking facilities. Reception and bar attendants. Clean and comfortable room. Room service.
Cons: Unable to taste the famous Icon pizza, perhaps because of time. The room telephone was inoperative but the reception staff apologiesed and promised to log it in for repairs.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place was clean tidy and nice . Staff was amazing and during my stay i came down for breakfast and I am sure it was the manger he morning to me he had a blue suit on but everything was very good . Thanks you all very much.
Cons: Beautiful
Okay 4,0
Cons: The staff not very helpful. Wanted to downgrade me when I asked for a room with bath.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Small, charming, unique, clean, modern
Cons: Luton itself is not great
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The personal touches and friendliness of the staff
Cons: N/a
Okay 5,7
Pros: good but too small room.there was no place to turn around in the room.the drininking water was charged 2.50 pounds a 350 or 500 ML bottle. this is the most expensive water I ever had in my life. there was no place to keep your clothes and no writing table. it was not worth for 123 pounds a night. one night stay it is ok but 4 or 5 night stay it is not a place recomended.
Cons: The front office staff was extremly very good and they make you feel at home. the English breakfast was excellant. my best wishes to front office staff Virginia and Michel.
Good 6,0
Pros: Nice interior, good atmosphere
Cons: the room was a bit cold, but that might be due to the start of winter and heating not yet adapted to the colder temperature?
Good 7,3
Pros: Good service, clean rooms
Okay 4,3
Pros: Staff very polite and helpful. Noting special to mention concerning the hotel.
Cons: The room is very small. Definitely not a four star hotel!
Good 6,3
Pros: we arrived after midnight staff was very helpful and nice. the room was small but very cozy
Cons: shower door didnt close properly which caused flood in the bathroom, but because of late hour didnt complain
Okay 4,0
Pros: It is a smart, new & well furnished hotel.
Cons: The tv only had one channel & it was over 24hours before this was corrected. Also, and more seriously, because of alledged wiring problems the lights in the bathroom did not go out unless the "power card" was removed from the wall. This than meant all power to the room was switched off, including the air conditioning. I also advised reception on check out that this fault, which I understand is also in other rooms, could be a fire risk. Not good! There were also problems at breakfast with regards to quantity & quality of food as well as service.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was nice and there were some nice touches.
Cons: When ordering dinner my starter failed to arrive with everone elses I was then informed that they had run out ! by the time I was told my party had finished theirs. When trying to order wine everything I chose was not available. One of my reasons for picking this hotel was to look at its suitability for hosting future conferences which I organise on a regular basis. Based on my experience I don't feel at present that I would be able to recommend that we use the hotel.
Good 6,3
Pros: Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very stylish & comfortable
Cons: Location. Very limited of on-site parking. Bedroom too small. Breakfast service very slow - frustrating for business users.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Cons: No
Good 6,5
Pros: Advantages: +very good location +nice facilities +relatively spacious room
Cons: Disadvantages: -staff misinformed us about time needed to get to the airport and we were rushing out at 04:00 in the morning without having possibility of taking breakfast which we have paid for. Too much focus is paid to shuttle bus connection when in fact it takes 5 minutes to go to the airport. We were 2.5 hours before our flight when we could have had breakfast in easy and relaxed way. Bad information from reception staff!
Good 6,7
Pros: Excellent location close to airport. Very quiet and comfortable room with good shower. Complimentary breakfast was fine with good quality ingredients .On a freezing cold weekend, the hotel was very warm and cosy.
Cons: Whilst dinner was of acceptable quality, the menu was perhaps overpriced because of the captive market. I do resent paying £5.90 for a glass of not very good wine.

Pros: Location, excellent breakfast buffet, good food in evening offerings
Cons: Unable to call internationally and night staff had no clue about solving situation.
Good 7,5
Pros: Clean and bright
Cons: Nothing, we missed the flight by 1 minute! Hot breakfast should be from 5am
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Good 7,4
Pros: The hotel is in quite a good location for the airport although it did cost us £9 in an Uber to get to the airport the next morning. Continental breakfast was ok but we still had to eat at the airport as not much choice.
Cons: The bed was terrible, every time you eve moved an inch it made a terrible noise so unfortunately we did not sleep very well at all.
Good 7,3
Pros: The breakfast was a 10/10
Cons: night staff on reception left us waiting for entry into the hotel, until he had finished a phone call. Barman ignored us when we tried to order food and drinks and served a customer who had obviously been in the bar all night giving tips to the staff! Night staff were very poor to say the least!

Excellent 10,0

Pros: - Pet friendly - Beautiful building with beautiful rooms and beautiful gardens
Cons: - The kitchen is just regular - We had to queue for the breakfast because the room is too small - We had to reserve even for the 5 o clock tea hours in advance
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The minute you drive in it’s exceptional , the drive to the mansion . Well the mansion is lovely , start are so friendly , welcoming . Stayed here quite a few times and it feels like home meeting the staff like friends . It’s a totally lovely experience, a must visit
Good 7,0
Pros: This is our fourth time staying at Luton Hoo. The room was upgraded to an Executive room when we arrived and was wonderful - very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you can think of including slippers and robes. the evening meal in the brasserie was very good with attentive staff and good food. the front of house staff and doorman and concierge did a fantastic job as usual, with a warm welcome and helpful approach. Sunday roast dinner was very good. The taxi offering around the estate is always a lovely touch and we always look forward to sharing that quirky experience with friends and family we they join us.
Cons: We had lunch at the 19th hole. it would appear the menu has been limited even more than last year so not a lot of choice. It wasn't busy and the service was slow, with 10 minutes waiting for a coffee with only two other people being served in between. A glass was smashed (by staff) and swept with his foot to one side - it was still there when we left 25 minutes later. breakfast in the brasserie was the worst i have known in the three times we have been there. we arrived half way through service times to find no bacon, sausages, or beans. They were topped up over a 20 minute period meaning you could not have a full plate breakfast. The fruit and pastries took a while to be replenished also. it was not made clear that you have to order black pudding and hash browns with the waitress. we were only asked if we would like different style eggs. ALL food was lukewarm as was the pot of tea for two. We eventually were able to order coffee but this took time but was at least hot. Our family came to join us for lunch in the Brasserie we were celebrating my birthday. The service was average and i was shocked to find only one vegan option - although a vegetarian curry (not on the menu) was offered. i am very surprised in this age that there was not, on any menu over the weekend, choices for those following a vegan diet. i thought this was very poor considering this ever growing choice of eating. The experience this time was really not up to their usual high standards, hence i have marked them down.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Extremely beautiful setting which was perfect for us and our dog. Very polite and professional service where ever we went. Beautiful clean and inviting hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 6,0
Pros: Absolutely beautiful building- huge and stunning! Lovely grounds and plenty of walking. Borrowed some bikes for a cycle around. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Can’t fault either of them. All staff very, very pleasant. Molten Brown toiletries in room were good. Good coffee machine in room and able to order milk from room service for cuppa! Lovely bedroom with views of garden and huge bathroom.
Cons: Had to change room as not what I had booked- booked room with double bed and sofa bed but didn’t get this. They said I should have requested it although booking said room with sofa bed! Very nice room but from pictures but didn’t look anything like the pictures of what I thought I had booked on website. Very expensive for what it was. Swimming pool disappointing. Mosaic tiles in warm tub had come off in places. Quite small and tiny changing rooms too. Didn’t book the Spa so cannot comment about that. Some areas looked a bit “tired”. Fridge didn't work in room and smelt a bit musty
Okay 5,0
Pros: setting was nice and the dinner was nice but breakfast was very poorly cooked
Cons: felt like an 80s large bnb
Excellent 8,0
Pros: i booked for my 21st wedding anniversary as a surprise for my wife. The entire weekend was absolutely brilliant, outstanding historic building, great facilities, wonderful staff, fab food, we enjoyed the spa too. We will recommend to freinds and return without doubt.
Cons: no
Good 7,7
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Every aspect was ideal for the peaceful, luxurious and celebratory stay for which we were looking.
Cons: The management of the restaurant seemed to leave something to be desired. Whilst the staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous, many of them appeared to be wandering around aimlessly as if they did not know what they were supposed to be doing. Further, there must surely be something to be said for guests to be allocated tables for the duration of their stay, rather that allocated haphazardly at each meal.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The restaurant in the hotel, The Wernher, was superb. The food was totally excellent. Worth every penny! The service was very good too. The hotel itself is beautiful , inside and outside. The grounds are lovely.
Cons: When i booked, i was given the impression that the room would have views of the grounds,as that was part of the room description. But we were given a room that was far away from the grounds and below the ground floor. But the room itself was gorgeous.
Good 7,3
Pros: Luton Hoo is a superb hotel The staff are excellent and very professional the buildings impressive and the dining rooms spectacular .. we did not play golf but we did think the course looked very boring ...the spa was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and extremely spacious
Cons: We had a room in the coach house [ an ungrade not asked for but offered ! ] It was above the pro shop of the golf course and very noisy [ beware ]
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel was Luxurious, Staff friendly and Spa facility amazing, would Highly recommend.
Cons: No, all good
Good 7,6
Pros: The buildings and grounds are superb, the spa is very good but most importantly the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Anthony at concierge.

Pros: $review.pros
Cons: There was insufficient lighting in the bathroom and bedroom to make up. Please please allow pets!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel itself is grand and beautiful with lots of character. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the food was delicious. We loved pre dinner drinks and the atmosphere in the lounge with the fire burning. The swimming pool and sauna and steam room were great. The jacuzzi had the most powerful jets and we thoroughly enjoyed being the only guests that afternoon as they only just opened the pool. The walk around the hotel is lovely with the secret garden making it more attractive.

Pros: nice hotel, good location, close to the airport
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Very nice room with upmarket fittings.
Cons: Paper thin walls between rooms. You could hear everything going on. Very poor breakfast that doesn't do justice to the Hilton brand. Surprisingly the breakfast was no better in quality over a premier Inn. Premier Inn comes out on top in terms of quietness. Their doors don't slam.

Cons: Nothing to not like really

Good 6,3
Pros: the perfect comfort of beds, the cleanliness of the room and bath, the restaurant and its prices
Cons: No bus to and from the Luton airport. Distance to Luton Airport; although on websites it says the hotel is pretty close to the airport, actually it is not that close.
Good 6,0
Pros: Nicely decorated reception area and room.
Cons: The location isn't great for central Luton.
Good 7,0
Pros: the cleanliness of the room and facilities in general was quite impressive
Cons: the shower was faulty in my room, sort it out guys! it's an unnecessary blip on your otherwise unblemished record
Good 6,7
Pros: Lovely new and clean hotel, friendly porofessional staff and a very comfortable night.
Cons: The restuarant is large and rather lacks atmosphere. £9.50 extra per person for breakfast a bit expensive so we gave it a miss.
Mediocre 3,6
Pros: Clean. New.
Cons: No bar facilities in room. No bar late for customers. Cold reception. Staff foregin and not very warm on arrival. Food awful
Excellent 8,0
Pros: For the £65 I paid I wasn't expecting one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I include in this list some prestigious 4 and 5 star hotels and lodges. The room was large, well appointed, the bed supremely comfortable, the shower large and like standing under Niagara Falls and the free internet access and widescreen tv were an added bonus. We stayed in the hotel for dinner and were very impressed with the quality and value. Breakfast at £9.95 was also excellent. I cannot fault any aspect of this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. Let's hope that once the smell of fresh paint subsides the staff are equally enthusiastic.

Pros: Clean, tidy, friendly staff. No better place to stay before your departure.
Cons: The menu for the lunch restaurant. Is quite expensive and not as diverse. Ended up walking to the airport for food.
Good 6,8
Pros: stuff nice and helpful, nice breakfast
Cons: not clean enough, towels felt like someone has alredy used them
Good 6,0
Pros: Very convenient for the airport and the room had everything I needed for the night. I would happily stay here again, although the bathroom could have been nicer. For the price I paid (£47) it was good
Good 6,3
Cons: Breakfast before 6.00am was very poor/nothing. Drunken, sleeping people in the floor.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff very welcoming, thanks! Came late in the evening, everything was great!
Cons: Nothing really
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast
Good 7,0
Pros: Close to the airport and reasonable price to stay even booked last minute.
Cons: You get what you paid for!
Good 7,9
Cons: I’ve stayed here on and off for 7 years now, and I can see the wear and tear, but it’s being kept up well and it’s unexciting but just fine.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room was very small The shower was very small Nothing was good about this place
Excellent 8,0
Pros: nice straight forward hotel close to the airport. The hotel is clean with a good service and food menu. Staff are always helpful
Cons: For electric car users, the hotel could up its game by providing 1 or 2 permanent fast chargers with dedicated spaces.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Really simple comfortable room and surprisingly quiet
Good 7,0
Pros: Location close to the airport.
Cons: Towels were dirty.
Good 6,3
Pros: Location for airport. Good bar and restaurant area unusual for an Ibis. Usual Ibis cleanliness..
Cons: Watch out for the pricing policy. The published rate is a fiction. Always book in advance to fix the rate.
Good 7,0
Pros: Room was comfortable, cosy and very clean.
Cons: Lobby/bar area was cold, was freezing outside but maybe heating could've been turned up.
Good 7,3
Pros: The location from the airport, very convienient. Ideal for a business person or a family looking for a one night stay. Staff very friendly and efficient
Cons: There are no complaints
Okay 5,3
Pros: It's less than 15 minutes walk to Luton Airport
Cons: The bed in the first room they gave me apparently hadn't been changed from the last occupant since it contained several long black hairs. I asked for a different room and was given one, but this changeover ate into the five hours sleep I was already limited to and should not have been necessary.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: the bed was really comfortable
Cons: none
Okay 4,4
Pros: Friendly staff at the reception. Within 10 minutes' walk from the Luton airport.
Cons: We sat at the hotel restaurant table for 20 minutes without even being noticed by the staff. And oh yes, we tried everything except shouting. They just walked on by, so we left to dine elsewhere. The Internet tv image resolution was lousy and the tv channels did not show properly (antenna or cable defect?)
Okay 5,2
Pros: We arrived late and the staff were welcoming, friendly and gave an excellent service. Location very good. 24-hour bar a great asset.
Cons: Room was much too small, very clostrophobic. We stayed in room nbr 106 (ground floor), window faced the car park and we had no privacy - only if the curtains were drawn. Curtains were damaged and did not close properly. Price of gbp 79 far too high for these standards.
Good 6,0
Pros: perfect location for very early flight next morning
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,2
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Restaurant staff seem to be bothered by our presence and not too will to see if we required service at all or not
Good 6,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: No obvious directions from the airport terminal to Ibis Hotel for guests not arriving by car. There is a regular bus service (stop en route to Parkway) but it isn't well promoted.

Pros: Great value, excellent facilities, lovely staff. Room was small but had everything I needed (except for storage space) including a well lit desk area.
Cons: A few storage points or hooks in the room would have been useful. The ensuite was tiny, so a cheap 50p hook for my toiletries bag would have been really helpful.
Good 6,0
Pros: the hotel staff were very friendly and the parking was secure. The rooms were also very large. It is also in a great location for gatwick airport which was only 10 mins away.
Cons: the bedding on the double bed was worn and marked making it appear unclean, upon inspection i'm sure it was clean but it might be usefull if they invested in some new bedding.
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel was fine for a weekend stay, breakfast was a little cold as we went down at approximately 9.00am On
Cons: On last visit lift was not working, and again on this occasion lift was not working so was difficult for elderly person to go up the stairs
Good 6,0
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Continental Breakfast offered from 4.30 am, ordered this at receiption but order had not got through to appropriate person and no breakfast was available.
Good 6,8
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Lift out of order so had to walk up to 3rd floor, and on reaching the landing there were 3 swing doors leading to rooms but no sign to indicate which room numbers were through each door. Inevitably we tried the wrong two first! Just a small point but maybe worth attention!
Good 6,0
Pros: Welcome, even at a late hour. Cleanliness and facilities in room
Cons: It was puzzling that there were three steps to access the lift. Kettle did not fit easily under tap in sink. No camomile tea provided! Could have done with instructions about the plug in the sink.

Pros: It was a last minute booking and they have room available
Cons: The room was very small and dirty. If you want them to clean the room is £5 per day. The aircon is comunal, meaning you have to go to reception to ask for it and that include few rooms, not the best option. They have an small table where you can put your phone and that’s it, and don’t border asking for a window, a part of being more expansive the window don’t open at all. No even for fresh air. Ours was sealed with silicone. They also say you can ask for a fan, but when we ask for it the reception told us they didn’t have it.. Seriously this is not a hotel, I’ve been in better places. Don’t waste your money here.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Only the bed
Cons: No trash bin. No light in bathroom
Okay 5,0
Pros: Clean with own shower room.
Cons: Basic but clean. It was value for money for a bed for the night. Location isn't great in terms of types of people in the vercinity especially at night but good for working in Central Luton. Could be better if had tea and coffee available in your room. TV only had 1 channel working. Windows didn't open and air con not fantastic.
Good 6,7
Pros: The hotel was next to the train station and the people were really kind.
Cons: The room was quite small, and it was difficult to plague my phone.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: The manager was ok .
Cons: Everything it was really bad !!!
Poor 1,0
Pros: Can't think of anything I liked. Had to stay there just because it was one of the only places that did not request an 'essential worker letter'. Well... there was one friendly lady - that's about it I reckon.
Cons: Pretty much everything. Room was very worn out. I slept fully clothed and with one of my towels on top of the pillow. Don't even get me started about the micro showers. Also very noisy! You can hear literally everything!
Okay 5,7
Cons: Very cheap, felt like a youth hostel.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Room without a window is dark and very good to sleep till 10. Bute Street car park right behind the hotel. Wet room and shower first class, excellent location, very good internet in the room.
Cons: Tv could work next time
Good 7,6
Pros: Found the place 2 b spotless and the 2 staff members on desk the 2 guys were very helpful and polite and know how 2 do there jobs.
Cons: Justb when booking on line the money taken out off card straight away prefer just 2 book with card and pay on arrival because my card is in euros and occured some stupid charges on exchange rates and so on.
Okay 5,2
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, basic but all that was required was there, good value for money
Cons: Bathroom light didn't work, orange walls, small, small bed, only one pillow each.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Checking in speed very good, location very close to restaurants and train station.
Cons: I think the rooms need a shelf or small table, and the air conditioning when its sub zero outside should be turned off.
Mediocre 3,0
