Pros: The staff was very friendly and considerate. The room was in a perfect condition! The bathroom was clean and nice. The tea available in the room was great!! Also the general design of the room was very nice. Although the breakfast technically lacked a bit of this and that, the staff was always there doing its job. Pros: Need a hotel near waterloo, so the location was amazing. the bed was very comfortable, and the black out curtains lived up to their name. Also worth noting the lack of street noise in the room at night. The quality of breakfast was fab, and the team kept everything well stocked. all the staff members I dealt with were attentive and polite.

Cons: In general our stay was very pleasant. The only thing which could be improved would be the breakfast. Technically it had everything you would expect for a full breakfast, but in the details, there was missing something ... The coffee machines should be replaced or maintained as the coffee is not very good. The scrambled eggs were kind of 'instant scrambled eggs', lacking texture and taste. The tomatoes were simple canned tomatoes, fitting for a nice tomato sauce, but not for an English Breakfast. If you would increase the quality of some items, even if it would mean reducing the variety of items available, the overall benefit could be amazing.

Cons: I didn't like the dirty tissue that was under by bed on both nights. I had noticed this when I arrived, notified reception, then nipped out and grabbed a bottle of flash with bleach to wipe down all the surfaces, especially the Covid-19 that is going around. Also after receiving an email from Hampton Hilton on how they had stepped up on their cleaning in the midst of this pandemic. Clearly these were just empty words

Pros: I had a great time! Everything from the check-in to the check-out was excellent. The view from the room was stunning. The room service food was delicious and delivered really quickly. The chap who delivered the food was polite and friendly. The air conditioning was really effective. The bath and separate shower were exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the room lighting system - with different options for reading and mood lighting. The WIFI was very quick. And there was a free bottle of wine in my room waiting for me when I walked in. And little details like a soap dish in the bathroom was greatly appreciated. The Receptionist checking me out even let me have the Smarties from the mini-bar for free. It doesn't get much better than that!

Cons: Pool use was very limited. You have to pre-book your swims and are only allowed 30 minutes each day to swim. The staff at the spa front desk were rude and were not nice. No linens were provided for the sofa bed and we were told we could not have any.

Cons: A minor issue was that the sofa bed was down and I had to put it away. This involved moving a heavy mattress and folding away the sofa bed which was less than ideal. I didn't want to bother the staff. I did find the staff slightly 'stand-offish' and not so friendly. But I would attribute that to the strange times we are living in.

Cons: Breakfast was not included in the room price and I thought the breakfast was overpriced. We eat breakfast close by on the Southbank rather than at the hotel and found it to be much cheaper. Also the quality of where we ate our breakfast was very good.

Cons: When I booked the room the website said "upgrade, if available and free bottle of wine if booked before 21 May" also bottled water was included in my booking. No bottled water was made available until I asked, after I pointed it out from my booking confirmation, and then I got 1 bottle with 1 glass - it was so much hassle that I just brought my own bottled water in (and when I checked out I was charged for the bottle of water I had from the hotel). The free bottle of wine did not happen - when I asked at reception about the room upgrade and free bottle of wine I was told that we had an upgrade but there was no reference to a bottle of wine (unfortunately the booking confirmation did not mention upgrade or bottle of wine!!!!!!)

Cons: I stayed at this hotel with my mom for 5 days while on holiday. I don't recommend it. It's overpriced for the amenities provided. The pool is mediocre: it's very small and only good if you have restless children (there's only 5 lounge chairs). The gym was ok. Twice the cleaners did not come to our room as required, and we even ran out of toilet paper because, when the cleaner did come, she did not leave any toilet paper! There's free wifi which was good and the many tv channels. The location is basically the main attraction. My 2 cents is that find a hotel without the gym and pool, and go for the location to save money. And find a hotel with reliable cleaners that speak at least basic English. None of my cleaners spoke any English and did not understand words like toilet paper...

Cons: I stayed in room 210 on the second floor, unfortunately the view outside the window is not good. The app (Viggo)to connect the device to the tv, can’t find the hotel and therefore it does not go to the connection.

Pros: The staff was amazing. We wanted to check in early and was originally told we couldn't. We spoke to another member of staff and he was really nice and got us checked in, they even gave us complimentary use of the executive lounge. Amazing.

Cons: They charged me £150 to upgrade a room and the upgraded room was freezing with no AC working and the blinds weren’t working, which is a shame as it’s the second time I stayed first time being amazing

Cons: I booked a room with a river view & what wasn't communicated was that when I added breakfast the room had been changed, So we ended up with a view of the other hotel rooms. The minibar didn't open despite my credit card details being held by reception. The shower was filthy, mould everywhere & the toilet roll holder was broken on arrival.
