Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights

Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.

Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!

Cons: Despite several emails to hotel to know if they were indeed still open or if we could have early check-in-NO RESPONSE.due to covid19 breakfast was via rm service we filled out required forms and gave to reception at 3pm,the food never arrived and we had to get on our flight starving.The shower was only tepid and made a buzzing noise when tried to put it on full power.A woeful experience for a supposed 5star.disgusted.

Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.

Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.

Pros: Since we are Hilton Honors, we enjoyed the executive lounge greatly. The room was small but beautiful with all the amenities. I loved the "photo" above the bed, which was a design cast on canvas by a light. The access to Heathrow was key. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Had pre-paid premium rate for good room for 2 nights. At check-in no rooms were available and I was offered what amounted to a tiny single bed room with damaged furniture. Was given free breakfast although they knew my check out would be too early. Staff were uncaring and I had prepaid so it was "take it or leave it". I will never stay here again.

Pros: Missed my flight from Terminal 4 and this hotel is very near Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport. You can walk across a enclosed bridge, as if you enter the hotel from the airport itself. Very convenient if you miss your flight there.

Cons: Ordered room service - soup / sandwich. Not un-expensive - pretty disgusting - tasteless and most ingredients out a can. Given we'd travelled round the uk and 3 countries in Europe and not once received canned soup - didn't quite expect it at the Hilton - was expecting something of better quality and homemade.

Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.

Cons: Having used the Edwardian many times over the years, although admittedly some years ago, I was very disappointed to see the downward trend that was evident in the hotel since then. The whole place presented as a shabby shadow of its former self. Corridor carpets especially did not look to have been cleaned for years and, despite being on a non smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of tobacco smoke evident in the room.

The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices, coffee, juices, muffins, croissants, fruit, cheeses, meats, oatmeal, lot of good choices. And the employees in the Executive Lounge were awesome, helpful and pleasant. They treated us so well. It was close to the airport, only a 10 minute 10 pound uber drive. I loved the store, I bought wine and chocolates. We ate the restaurant in the lobby and it was fantastic. The food and service were wonderful. There was hand sanitizer at all the front desk and lobby area, and at the elevator. I appreciate that as our visit was in mid March at the beginning of the COVID shutdown. I felt comfortable and safe, and so did my family.

Pros: Good location close to the airport. Easily reached by free bus to avoid the Hotel Hoppa charge. Go to Stand 19 at the Central Bus station and catch either the 105, 140, 111 or 285 bus. Get off 2 stops later at Sipson Way / Blunts Ave (Stop BC) and the hotel is clearly marked. It's a 200 yard level walk to reception.

Cons: Didn't like the 12% service charge at the bar. It took a pint of very ordinary Stella past the £5.50 mark. Then they have the nerve to ask for a gratuity at the bottom of the bill

Pros: Given the current unusual 'lock-down' times, the hotel and staff coped very well. Limited room service is offered and a 'shop' with basics provided. The staff were obliging and very helpful - allowed us to check in early. The cost was very reasonable, all things considered. We found only 'free to air' TV. Cons: I picked the hotel because of the name, I stayed in excellent Jury's Inss before, also because it was (said to be) close to the underground & heathrow, Only at the exit there was no indication where the hotel was located, and the hotel was not visible. So I had to ask around, before finding the hotel. It was a bit farther away than described. At check-in they told me the restaurant would be open until 22h30, and gave me a key-card for my room that did not work. When coming back down to the restaurant I was told it closed early, so I had to go to the (overflowing) bar, and had to wait to get a seat. My room was close the the elevators, and poorly insulated, and I heard the elevators moving up and down,and stopping at my floor all night.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required for a one night stay. A meal can be had at the 2nd floor restaurant until midnight and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Getting there from terminal is easy and economical if you know how.

Cons: Getting to the hotel by the POD parking autonomous vehicle system is fast and easy but it would help if the hotel sent you directions. I ended up calling the hotel to learn that you need to take the POD to Parking Area B. Then follow the labelled footpath to the hotel reception. There is an electronic gate with a camera and keypad which reception unlocks when you call them on the keypad. Reception charges you 5 pounds Sterling each way for using the POD system, but this is far cheaper than 18-20 pounds for a taxi.
