Pros (+) A newer hotel, quite contemporary without being shocking. Nice room reminiscent somewhat of IKEA. We stayed overnight between two 10+ hour international flights; I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Great staff!
Cons (-) The hotel is about a half-mile walk through a metal tube from Heathrow Terminal 4; it might be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.

Pros (+) Proximity to the airport was just what we needed before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, a comfortable welcoming room and the choice of 3 eating places within the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.

Pros (+) This was a very short stay, got in about 9pm and left at 6am. It was perfectly serviceable and comparably priced hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet, average breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) My only complaint is that the website doesnt make it clear how far away from the majority of the airport it is. Heathrow is a *giant* airport. If youre not used to these or you've never been to LHR, plan extra time & expect to walk much more than you'd expect. I was traveling with my elderly father & booked this hotel because it was "close and convenient" and he didnt want to take the tube to a ho...

Cons (-) Room wouldn't get warm. Bed hard as a rock. Shower gets water all over bathroom floor - no shower curtain, just some useless glass that covered about 1/3 of opening. Parking too expensive. Will never recommend this hotel or ever stay there again. Two thumbs down Hilton!
