Exceptionally polite and helpful staff, and very comfortable room - as expected from CP.
I asked for a room close to an elevator as I had a lot of luggage and my room was at the end of a long corridor. As I got closer to my room the decor deteriorated (perhaps redecoration is ongoing), but once inside the room was just fie.
The proximity to LHR was acceptable...
The hotel was tired. The carpets were dirty and stained and looked as if you might pick up virus. There was only one person on reception for check in and out, for a significant number of rooms. The room doors seem to date back to the 80's. In fact on one room there was no internal security latch. There was dust on the shelves where the glasses were kept. The remote control for the TV had dirt embedded around the buttons. With Corona-Virus being the latest hot topic, it did not make one feel comfortable using the remote control..
Unclean bath. Very tired rooms. Tea tray not complete. One member of staff lied to us when we asked to speak to a Manager saying there was not one on duty
Very nice hotel, excellent location to the airport and Uxbridge.
I recommend this hotel for transit travelers through Heathrow
Clean and comfortable Nice restaurant Great customer service
Kids are not allowed in the jacuzzi
