Excellent hotel near the Heathrow airport, but also very quiet and good to rest from a long travel. The service at the restaurant was very kind and attentive and the food is good quality; they specialize in grill.

Cons (-) People at the desk were short and rude, no free wifi unless you're in the lobby. I traveled all over Europe for a month and never had to pay for wifi, robbery if you ask me. Room service menu was worse than the McDonalds across the street. Airport shuttle is supposed to be there every 30 minutes, but never showed up so I was forced to Uber. Pros (+) The room was nice. Large and comfortable with a great tv. Bathroom was good size and clean. Most staff members were friendly.
Cons (-) False advertisement. Wifi was £15 a day when it said it was complimentary. Fitness center was a JOKE and the pictures on the hotels website should be taken down. Staff in dining room ignored us multiple times so we decided to just order room service. The price of the selections offered was ridiculous even for a hotel. I also informed kitchen staff of a food allergy I have, was told a dish was free...
