Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant and bar large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Property could use some cosmetic upgrades.
This hotel was close to the airport and could be accessed via taxi or bus. It seemed to be an old hotel that had some limited upgrades. The restaurant food was actually not bad. For the cost, it’s a decent value but would put it in a slightly higher range than a budget hotel.
Got upgraded because the lift were not working. Walking distance to the bus stop that will bring you to the airport. (Around 5 min walk). Comfortable bed.
Our room and the entire hallway area near our room smelled of smoking in a no smoking hotel. Our rental car was run into in the hotel parking lot. This was not the fault of the hotel and the staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
Pros (+) The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons (-) Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport

Pros (+) Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.
