Nice hotel within vicinity of Heathrow Airport. Accommodating staff during late check-in. Nice comfortable room and decent breakfast. Lots of place to roam around for young children. This hotel was close to the airport and could be accessed via taxi or bus. It seemed to be an old hotel that had some limited upgrades. The restaurant food was actually not bad. For the cost, it’s a decent value but would put it in a slightly higher range than a budget hotel.

Got upgraded because the lift were not working. Walking distance to the bus stop that will bring you to the airport. (Around 5 min walk). Comfortable bed.

Our room and the entire hallway area near our room smelled of smoking in a no smoking hotel. Our rental car was run into in the hotel parking lot. This was not the fault of the hotel and the staff was very helpful.

Pros (+) The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons (-) Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
