Hotel is nice but very expensive for what you get. The downstairs bar is shocking - £30 for a pint and glass of wine! Service was also dreadful. Probably the Worst airport hotel bar I’ve ever been to.

The service at the bar was slow. While staying there a group of guess we’re running around with their kids for over an hour through the bar, lobby and elevator. The staff did not stop these guest, it was very off putting.

Pros (+) Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.

Pros (+) Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We checked in early and our room was not yet ready, but they were kind enough to give us a different room which was a kind of a downgrade, but we gladly accepted it as all we wanted was to go to sleep, after a night flight.
