Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
Best hotel by Heathrow.... what the bus driver said, and no joke
Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.

Value for money
Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
Great hotel, convenient location
Location was great. Close to airport and easy access to London underground for travel into London.
Was bad the power shot down 2 clock midnight
I need back my $
Back $ pls
Very good
Very nice hotel, but noisy room
High quality bedding
Room was next to ground floor lifts, very noisy at night
Radisson Blu....for you
The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.
I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.
Excellent service
Initial receptionist was very friendly and efficient with check in.
Concierge failed to tell us about the free double decker bus to airport. Another worker told us.
The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
good location, helpful staff
small twin bed
On arrival, reception staff were excellent and so helpful. I'd rate those people with 11 out of 10. Indeed the best of any hotel I've stayed at.
The buffet meal was a wee bit dry and we had to signal a waitress to get table service. There is room for improvement on both these points. This is an observation and not a complaint.
Even though me and my friend arrived early, the hotel let us check inn. The rooms and service throughout the the 2 days was excellent.
The location
Very few staff at the reception, need to wait over 15 minutes to check-in and over 20 minutes to check-out Hotel such as this should not sell or even try to sell daily newspapers this petty !!!!!
The location close to Heathrow and the discounted price are the best reasons for staying here.
Except for the entry the hotel felt a little run down. The shuttle to Heathrow is only running twice an hour and make a lot of stops. It was faster to use normal public transport.
Proximity to the various meeting I had in and around Heathrow
Concierge was excellent, an extra pillow was immediately provided, and the staff in the restaurant were very good.
The hallways were so dark one could hardly see. No one advised us that you needed to put your key card in the slot to get power!
The friendliness of staff.
The length of time taken in the restaurant to serve my meal, it was so long I didn't want same when served.
The food was fantastic - afternoon tea was superb. Room service excellent. Bed was comfortable and decent-sized bathtub. Porters offered to help us before we asked. All staff fantastic.
The only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioning made no impact in our room and it was so hot we had to sleep on top of the sheets.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant - Henley's. The atmosphere and surroundings in the restaurant were comfortable and the food was good.
One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it's a Radisson in order to earn points towards their GoldPointsPlus - but this Radisson is for some reason not associated with GoldPointsPlus - which I don't understand and which was a disappointment.
