The breakfast was fine and the location is great for Selfridges.
The whole hotel was really cold. I was freezing at night. Having heating through the AC does not work because it is too loud to sleep.
Great welcoming from the receptionist team. Fast check in and check out. Rooms quite old which is magor issue in lodon however very well maintained.Room size reasonable which was advantage. In general the location of the hotel is the best in my opinion and surrounded by plenty of international restaurants all the way down to oxford street. I would definitely recommend it for the people who wants to enjoy the city attraction and staying in good hotel and near by. And obviously this hotel going to be my first option in london in Future.
The view of the back side rooms may not be sutiable for some people who are focing into this part however the hotel Served my needs as most of my time was outside the hotel and i did not find any negative things during my stay.
Loved the location, the room confort ,the help from the concierge ,the staff in general were very friendly and helpful.
We had to change room as it was leaking water from the windows, the bar was not accessible due to private functions three times out of the fours days that we were staying at the hotel with no advance warning whatsover. If i was informed before i might have chosen to stay elsewhere...this was no pleasant at all. On the saturday prior my departure i invited 9 friends for drinks in the bar before dinner only to found out that it was used for a wedding.
at Breakfast, the step to the buffet was an inconvenience; as a person that was handicapped staff could have been a bit more attentive! Breakfast itself was good.
At my arrival in the room I realised that there was no shower but a bath. Immediately they look to change my room for a walking shower that was more than I was asking. Thank you
