Pros: The hotel is very well located, nearby Wells Street's restaurants, and Sedgwick station to go downtown in 10 minutes. The personnel is friendly, we enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the wonderful breakfast.

Pros: This B&B clean and comfortable. The owner made you feel that you were at a home away from home. It was also in a good location with easy access to mass transit. This property is a great value for a stay in Chicago.

Pros: Perfect from the moment Joy welcomed us, really comfortable accomodation and we loved the breakfasts and the kitchen/breakfast area where we could share time with fellow guests. A fantastic experience, many thanks to Joy and team and a special thanks to Joy's Mum who made us all an amazing pound cake.

For the price this hotel charges, one would expect complimentary coffee. Bathroom was extremely small and toilet was stained and our bathroom sink stopped up every time we ran the water.

Cons: The walls were not soundproofed...heard music in the middle of the night from room next door. Not sure if the guest intended for it to be so loud but it was the same song played over and over again from 3 am to 4:30am.
