We got to the hotel and they didn’t have a record of booking. The hotel and all other hotels were full. We got scammed by your company out of $272.00

We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. Pros (+) Had a problem with my reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They also have a special relationship with Northwestern Hospital and is so convenient to be across the street from there.

Cons (-) The first room they gave us had used sheets with lipstick stains on them, and the room had a odor to it, after a little bit of complaining they moved us to another room. The Bathroom in the 2nd room smelled of urine, there was a hole in the lamp shade, the vent for the air conditioner had a very loud raddle to it and there was wall paper pealing off the wall.
