We got to the hotel and they didn’t have a record of booking. The hotel and all other hotels were full. We got scammed by your company out of $272.00

We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. The elevators were acting up due to someone pushing up down on every floor and all the floor buttons. The pillows were terrible. Way too soft and no firmer options in the closet. Pros (+) No breakfast offered. Bed wasn’t great. Pillows were really bad.

Pros (+) Had a problem with my reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They also have a special relationship with Northwestern Hospital and is so convenient to be across the street from there.
