The phones in the room didn’t have directions on how to contact the front desk. Rooms were only cleaned when requested, which would have been fine if they had informed us ahead of time of the policy. But they didn’t. Poor breakfast selection if you have dietary restrictions. And $25 check in fee before 3pm. Other than that, great hotel and very safe.

Pros (+) great location with very reasonable price. steps away from the grand cta station, easy walk to magnificent mile and the river. very nice roomy and light rooms. an on site restaurant with room service... totally unexpected.
Cons (-) nothing... not a thing. I guess the pool could be a bit longer, like for lap swimmers.
