Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many also highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, with several employees singled out for excellent service. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others report musty smells or dated furnishings. Amenities are a common concern, as several guests mention missing or closed facilities like the pool, gym, rooftop, or in-room appliances such as fridges and microwaves. Noise from the street, other guests, or air conditioning units is also frequently mentioned as a drawback. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but some areas need improvement.

Friendly staff and great location. However the property is old and outdated. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud, I needed to sleep with earbuds. House keeping didn’t come unless you called to request it each day, and still left the shower soap dispenser empty for my entire visit.

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) This hotel is overpriced for the value. We have stayed here before and had a good experience staying in a suite in the main building. This time we stayed in a king room and ended up in the building separate from the front desk. The room was tiny. Like NYC hotel room tiny. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t even run it while trying to sleep. There was terrible street noise, hallway noise a...

Pros (+) The room was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, roomy, great location and at a very fair price. You can't ask for more.
Cons (-) The water pressure is the shower could be a little stronger, but at the end of the day, it worked.

Pros (+) Great location, many places within walking distance. It was very easy to get to off the highway, plus cheap parking! ($25/night). Room was small, but had everything we needed for 1 night - bed, bathroom, shower, wifi.
