Location is excellent. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Fire place in lobby was amazing!
Ran out of loaner umbrellas, needed one due to the torrential rain storm. Shower leaked water all over the floor. Television did not work a majority of my visit, “scrambled or weak symbol”. Due to pedestal sink in bathroom, counter space is extremely limited.
The bed was very comfortable
The room was small. We were expecting something bigger
Applied $12 per night “Urban Fee” that was not disclosed upon check in.

The entrance is modern... pictures look nice. Google chromcast comes in the room.
No coffee machines in room, have to go downstairs through lobby, through connected restaurant to get small 6oz cup from coffee shop. Pictures show king or two double beds... we got one single queen size bed. Room was tiny - I’d say less than 300 sq ft. Sinks were half size so no where to store toiletries. Def European chic but website said it was 4 Star hotel... lamp had stains on it. Would not recommend.
Bed was comfy, location was great, overall esthetic was great. It was a really nice place and I'd stay there again.
Staff mistakenly woke us up at 7am, thinking we had ordered breakfast. We never had. The room was VERY small, with no fridge.
