Pros: Amazing position on river, bedroom nice with lovely view. Friendly bar staff. Lovely view from terrace. When we arrived the bar was closed for filming which appeared to take priority over hotel guests even though hotel had been informed day before it was our wedding day! They did however give us some complimentary sparkling wine!
Cons: Reception staff very bored, unsmiling and underwhelming especially as our wedding day! A vacuum cleaner stored outside bedroom door with other laundry items stacked up!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice property on the river
Cons: The only issue was a rude well-fed night person. On our final night my wife had gone downstairs in hopes of getting an old rag or bar towel to clean up her boots before packing them. She returned to the room mortified by this person’s response. Other than that single incident the staff was lovely.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This may be one of the best hotels on Earth. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend the “Borgia” room— divine copper tub, big windows, & a lovely lil balcony with view of Thames & a glorious weeping willow tree. Food in the restaurant was excellent, the crab risotto was particularly transcendental. The amazingly comfortable hypoallergenic bedding is a rarity at any hotel. Lastly, I adored the staff— Raphaella, Antoinia, Leo, Simo, Beatrice, et al were all so kind & impeccably accommodating.
Cons: Not one complaint about this place & I am innately a very critical person (managed front of house at a restaurant for seven years as well).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. At first I booked only for 4 days then I come back for my last amazing period in London for 2 nights. Thank you so much for the staffs, Danies Siville and Rin for always helping. And lucky enough that I travel in quite not a highest season. So I would thank Danies for helping me surprise my mom by upgrading to river view room for my last two nights in London.

Cons: Lots of expensive extras. Service charge added

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Food. Bar.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Great location if you have to fly out of London Heathrow. Staff is very friendly.
Cons: Room had a few deficiencies. I finally found the hairdryer in the desk drawer and it was plugged into the wall through the back of the drawer so you could barely stretch it out far enough to actually dry your hair. The bathroom flooring was a slippery tile and you were unable to put the bathmat right outside the shower because the door, when opened, would push the mat away. Quite a safety issue. There was only one pants hanger in the closet and it was broken. You can hear every sound in the hallway when you are trying to sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for my long layover. Love the welcoming helpful staff and really comfortable chair in the room and bed.
Cons: No.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and proximity to the check in and departure desks at terminal 5.

Pros: The location of The Petersham is superb. On a sunny day it would be wonderful to look out across the River Thames. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - and helpful. Parking is excellent. Our room was warm, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as were all the general rooms. I would certainly recommend the hotel to other travellers.
Cons: There is nothing I could fault about our two night stay. A great situation and a pleasant walk into town.I was particularly impressed by the large ladies cloakroom on the ground floor.

Pros: Perfect location for Wembley Arena. Good facilities, friendly staff. Our room on the 6th floor looked like it had just been refurbished, it was lovely.

Cons: The pull out bed was so hard it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Drinks are very expensive.

Pros: The thing I loved the most.....the wet room in my room. I am a disabled woman who uses a wheelchair. I have stayed in many hotels with disabled amenities, but this one was by far the greatest !!!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like, I found hair in my food, but I can't fault the staff really because they dealt with it quickly and was given 50% off a 12.50 part of my meal. I would definitely stay in this hotel again

Cons: Didn’t like the glass doors on the bathroom, little privacy and a bit clunky when opening and closing. Wouldn’t like to have children in a room with those glass doors.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit and are stunning.
Cons: I was looking forward to using the newly refurbished spa but discovered upon asking that it had burnt down. I booked this hotel six months ago and wasn't told before arriving that this rather important facility didn't exist anymore. I would have liked to have been told and given the option to cancel because of this.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: perfect location for my meetings and so handy with having the car park
Cons: N/A
5,1 Okay
Pros: The hotel is well located at the top of Richmond Hill with easy access to Richmond Park for walks, and great views over the River Thames. My trip was to stay over following a company Christmas Party. The party was well organised, the food adequate, and we all had a good time. The hotel was quiet inside. Most hotels I stay in, from about 6am, you can hear doors banging - I didn't hear anything in my room. The room had fast, free Wifi, with no "big brother is watching you" warnings (although I am sure they are monitoring your use of the internet).
Cons: The hotel is expensive - over £100 for a single room with a single bed. My colleague described his room as the "smallest hotel room in the world" and mine was the same. I would estimate the room was no more than 2.1m wide x 3.5m long. The car park is an additional charge (£8 for the night) yet the hotel is not located anywhere near public transport, so a car is mandatory and should be included in the price. The car parking charge is used to deter hotel booking companies - they are clear that, if you book direct, then you don't pay for the parking, but I doubt this is better value than using Kayak. The room temperature was set at 26 degrees, but it was easy to reduce this to 23 degrees with the wall-mounted controller. The bathroom had a single shower cubicle, sink and toilet. There was no towel rail (the towels were on the windowsill). The shower was adequate on maximum temperature. Certainly not hot. On the day of departure, my bill was presented with a cheeky £1 "charity donation" but no mention of which charity. I asked for this to be removed and it was. Maybe the hotel could donate the parking charge to charity? Finally, the hotel would not provide me with a VAT invoice for the room cost as this had been booked through Kayak.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great as was the breakfast.
Cons: Having to configure the bathroom was not a problem but the frosted glass offered limited privacy as it was hard to avoid someone in the toilet due to their reflection in the large mirror on the wall. (I know my wife well so not troubled by it but other, less familiar, couples should be aware)

Pros: It would be nice to have breakfast included on the other hand the rate was very good for so close to the airport. Parking was a bit pricey as expected but there were plenty of places.
Cons: The turn off the A4/M25 to the hotel entrance by road is problematic because if you miss it you finish up in the LHR tunnel and hard to return if you do not know your way about or no sat nav without a tour of the t2 car park and a £4.50 charge for nothin which if you refuse to pay they let you out but you have to be firm with them. The electronic key did not work the first time which is not unusual and a minor irritation but somewhat problematic if you have bags and the only way up the lift and the first floor security door needs a key (which you have returned to reception to fix), hey presto use the stairs and wait till someone comes out to get back in and retrieve you bags ... Still easily fixed and the offer of a glass full of ice for the GT much appreciated. Very nice comfy room, will stay there again.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff were exceptional. Dinner from standard menu good. Rooms clean
Cons: It is a very noisy hot with lots of slamming doors so sleeping was almost impossible. Not helped by an argument between 2 men in the corridor in the early hours with security intervention needed.

Pros: Very close to Heathrow Airport, hotel runs a taxi service to take you to the Terminal in the morning
Cons: Air con in the restaurant was a little too cold
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. There are various options to get to the hotel from the airport. If you use a normal bus, it is within walkable distance. The rooms were also clean
Cons: Generally in most UK or Europe hotels there is very little help especially when one has heavy luggage.
7,0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
7,0 Good
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Says airport shuttle, but doesn't have one.
7,1 Good
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Bathrooms very strange, only one bath towel, they “don’t do” face clothes or hand towels, no towel racks to hang extra towels,, walk from bus at night was a little scary walking down a back passage with very little light
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.

Pros: Considering that it’s on a main road, it was very quiet. Comfortable and convenient location.
7,1 Good
Pros: Clean room, great location.
Cons: We asked for early check-in, knowing it is not guaranteed we called up in the morning to see if the room was ready. We would make alternative arrangements otherwise. The lady answered the phone was very friendly and confirmed our room was ready. But when we turned up, the Asian gentleman was not pleased at all. We told him twice that we did call to confirm before come in, he kept shaking his head as he checked us in...like we were a great inconvenience to him. We actually left earlier than planned. So not great.

Pros: Great location, less than 10 mins walk to Richmond train station. Comfortable room. Despite being on a very busy road the noise control was excellent. Shower pressure great with a consistent temperature
Cons: All was fine
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for our night away, only a 7 minute walk to Richmond train station. Very clean hotel, good size room, with a comfy bed. Welcoming and helpful staff on arrival.
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Walkable to the center of Richmond and to the train station. Close to a Sainsbury's for grocery and personal items if needed. Great restaurants and pubs also within walking distance of the hotel.
Cons: Washcloths were not offered; in fact no one knew what I was talking about when I asked for some in the room. There is no one at the front desk at all times; you have to press a buzzer to get someone to come to you for help particularly at off hours. I found this a bit disconcerting; customer services is one of the hallmarks of lodging.

Pros: Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, great location for exploring the local area.
