Pros: Our room was beautiful with a spectacular city view. Complete functioning kitchette which we did not take advantage of because we were only there one night but would have been great for a three day weekend stay. Staff was friendly and professional. We had a light fixture broken in our bathroom when we first arrived and they had it replaced and room service had cleaned the glass up in under 20 mins. Impressive for an operation this size. Within walking distance to many desired locations.

Pros: Service staff never made me feel like I was a bother. I loved the spacious and newly remodeled room we stayed in. Beautiful bump out bay window with breathtaking views of the river and Lake Michigan. Bathroom had very high end finishes, and also included a television in the mirror!
Cons: The maintenance guy who tried to fix a broken bathroom light was using very profane language as he failed at repairing the light. However, this staff member's behavior scored us a free upgrade from city view - to river lake view - so it all worked out.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful with everything from directions to meal preferences. The quality of atmosphere was also very good. The decor and views from the hotel were better than anywhere I've ever stayed.
Cons: The pool area was not on par with the essence or ambiance of the rest of the hotel, with the lack of hot tub areas and the extreme plainness of the pool area compared to the rest of the hotel.

Pros: Superior service and accommodations, personal at hotel far superior to any staff at any hotel!
"Located in The Loop, this luxury hotel is steps away from Chicago Riverwalk and Michigan Avenue. Grant Park and Chicago Theatre are also within 10 minutes. Clark-Lake Station is 7 minutes by foot and State Station is 8 minutes. "

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: We went to this hotel so we could have access to the rooftop lounge. They made it very hard for everyone by saying that it’s Booked all year but if you come and wait in a ridiculous line for a few hours you will get in. Are you booked or not? Another thing was the shower water that took very long to get hot.

Pros: Bed was super comfy; lay out was nice. I enjoyed the location. Felt very fancy with great views
Cons: We checked in early and dropped off our bags, no problem. Then we got the notification that our room and digital key was ready, so we made our way back. When we tried to get our bags, no one was there to talk to so we had to go to the front desk and they were going to send them up. We went upstairs with our digital key ready and it didn't work. We had to go back to the front desk, only to have the staff not believe us that it didn't work. They gave us a regular key and we went back upstairs. I had wanted to freshen up but the bags had not arrived. We waited about half an hour but ended up going back to the front desk to remind them to send the bags up. After that, the stay was fine until I was over charged for the room and had to call the hotel to get the correct charges.

Pros: My son and I had a great stay at London House! It is located perfectly and is within walking distance or a short Uber ride of Navy Pier, Millenium Park, OTC. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly!
Cons: We tried to eat at the hotel restaurant to avoid going out in a storm. The restaurant is more of a bar setting and the menu is not family friendly. Needless to say we braved the storm, got soaked! Great memory! Lots of good places to eat around the hotel.

Pros: The city is amazing and being able to come back to a great place to rest makes a big difference between a good trip and an awesome trip. The staff was incredibly polite, and the customer service at this place is above and beyond.

Pros: Modern, relatively new, comfortable room except for shower head. Nice staff but had to wait on my room way past the 4p check-in time. Staff gave me water and premium internet because I had to wait so long for room.
Cons: I have the Hilton app and credit card. I was allowed to pick my room, so I did on the app. I did not get the room I selected. I arrived early. Was told my room was not ready. By 4 p (check-in time) it was not ready; not ready by 4:45p (yet I saw several checking in at 4p). I had to leave for dinner and opera (couldn't change into the intended clothes because of the room not ready). Shower head doesn't allow for focused stream; took a while to rinse thick hair.

Pros: The rooftop bar is amazing...during the winter, however, the lounge is enclosed and not much to talk about. Our room had a gorgeous view of the river, the bed was comfortable, linens were great, and the big tv was like being in bed at a movie theatre. The workout facility was very cool, like a trip to the future. Great stay, we would do it again for sure.

Pros: Love, love, love this hotel. Fantastic location. Professional and very friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Absolutely love it.
Cons: Probably being a little picky here, but I couldn’t get the Netflix to work on my TV in the room. Totally reaching here....this place is great.
Excellent
9,1
Pros: The fact that I was offered a room upgrade for approximately $100 in totally (all 3 nights combine) and great views.
Cons: The fact that this upgrade was right against an elevator on the 11th floor (1101). Throughout the stay, you could hear the elevator go up and down, the guest talking loud coming out and going into their hallways. But importantly for a Photographer, that giant TRUMP sign taking away from my cityscape photos. My suggestion would be to place any upgrades away from the main hall where the elevator is and to ask the guest questions such as, “Is this your anniversary or honeymoon “.
Excellent

Pros: Rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent with must-see views. Spacious room with a great shower, nespresso machine, and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Room faced Michigan Ave and was very noisy (sirens, etc.) A white noise machine would have been helpful.
Excellent

Pros: Loved the customer service from front desk to rooftop bar staff. I keep going back to hotel even though I live in the city.

Pros: The rooms were nice, but our room had not been properly cleaned. There was an empty wine bottle in the trash, a stain on the carpet, and dirt on the bedspread. The location is great for exploring the city. A block from Michigan Ave, the beach, and Rush street.
Cons: The customer service was not good. We waited 30-45 minutes for our bags to be brought up to our room and finally had to go down to get them. There were two bellmen standing in the lobby doing nothing and our luggage was just sitting there. As mentioned the room was not properly cleaned which is never a good feeling when you are staying in a hotel. I requested a late check-out and was immediately told "No due to someone else staying in our room and they needed to clean it". He then asked what room we were staying in. He again said it wasn't possible as someone was staying in that room and they would need to clean it. When we checked out I forgot a brand new shirt I bought while staying there. I rarely hang things in the closet and had done so since it was a new shirt. I realized this the next day and called and again was given horrible customer service. They told me it was not in the room and that nobody stayed in that room the night before so they couldn't help me. Obviously, the maid who cleaned that room took it, but they accepted no responsibility for that. Not to mention they couldn't give us a late check-out due to another guest needing the room. It's a shame the customer service was so bad because it is a nice hotel in a great area of the city.

Pros: I liked the sofitel before because it had this amazing smell wafting through the entire building especially in the lobby that I loved so much my friend found out what they were using and turns out they were using a scent from a French perfumery which made the whole feeling even more glamorous than it was already. My friend ended up gifting me a candle from the very same perfumery that was the exact scent of the Sofitel Chicago location!
Cons: The scent was missing from the hotel, this was the main thing I was looking forward to and was very disappointed in that there was no luxurious scent to go with a luxurious hotel.

Pros: The location was perfect! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The size was intimate but with nice public areas to enjoy a snack or cocktail by the fire. The elevators were close to the door and fast and easy in/out access.

Pros: Very sophisticated luxury hotel. I loved the service and the French flair. My room was immaculate and the bathroom had more than adequate space for my toiletries.
Cons: The front desk is a bit difficult to get to, but the check in process was smooth. I had a a bit of difficult getting a bellman to collect my bags from storage though I was first in line. Not really a good hotel for children.

Pros: Check in was busy but efficient
Cons: Because it was our 10th wedding anniversary I called to have a bottle of proseco waiting for us in the room. I was told they didn't have proseco but it was listed in the menu. The walls are paper thin. So much so not only could I hear the guy next door but I could also hear the person he was talking to on the phone. came downstairs to get my car from the valet and was told it would take 20 minutes. No one said anything when I checked in and there were no instructions that allowed you to call ahead from your room. Bathroom floor was sticky. Overall, the worse hotel visit.

Pros: Location was superb for downtown Chicago. Easy walk to Milenium Park & Michigan Ave shopping. River view room was great! Price was nice. Room was cool, cozy. Down feather beds but could've used a fitted sheet on bed instead of a 2 flats? Pool was a little run down could use some sprucing up. Spa staff super friendly. Sauna nice.
Cons: Check in was uncomfortable. My family requested an early check in first thing in morning thru Kayak. We drove several hours with young children & wanted to get to the Chi & settle in for our short visit. I was told thru text an early check in couldn't be guaranteed. We lived in Chicago, spouse a native so we didn't mind finding something to do. We arrived at 11:30 after having breakfast in Lincoln Park by the zoo. It was raining so we decided to try to check in early. I took my place in line. Another lady walked up to the only staff attended desk & stepped between the woman already getting service & myself. She proceeded ahead of me & I spoke up. She huffed & puffed. As if I was inconveniencing her. Worse off the staff member states he didn't know who was next but she just needs to swap her key and I could wait since my check in would take longer! I protested but she was serviced while I continued to wait! When it was my turn I was told I couldn't check in, I was 9th in line, & we couldn't expect a room for at least 2 hours... unless we chose a room to small or we paid $75 for a suite! I removed myself from line & called my spouse. I returned to line moments later to a different staff member, Ricardo. He immediately set us up with the room we needed & handed me keys! Amazing the difference a minute makes! Thanks Ricardo! Later that evening we saw the woman who stepped in front of me & received preference from staff. She was in full pilot uniform leaving the hotel. She hosed past me looking like an angry pitbull. Despite the great location and family friendly atmosphere we might never go back. There are too many other places to choose from!

Pros: I booked a room in Chicago at the Swissotel for two nights and after reading the horror stories about kayak bookings through getaroom, I was a bit apprehensive. Based on my travel plans and circumstances, I was able to risk it and make other lodging plans if necessary, so I risked the inconvenience of whatever troubles getaroom might cause me. Fortunately, I did not run into any troubles at all and had a wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel that is in a great location. I received all the service and privileges of a normal stay at the Swissotel.

Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Location is great.
Cons: The beds were well used. I slept in a very deep impression in the bed. The mattresses were covered with a duvet placed under a top sheet (instead of a fitted sheet) I assume to make the mattresses feel more comfortable and less lumpy. It was the worst mattress I've ever slept in in a hotel. Poor parking options. $125 for two days (non valet) No roof top bar or pool. Charges for any local outgoing calls or 1-800 #'s. A little thing, but a main bulb was burnt out in the bathroom and it wasn't changed before or during my stay. Made the bathroom quite dark. The tub facet dripped constantly.

Cons: I was not told that the reservation was moved to the Hilton. I got to my hotel late and it was on a small paper on the door. After then getting to the Hilton, the front desk attendant was in the back and I had the shout HELLO for 15 minutes until she came to check me in. During that she told me there would be a grab and go breakfast starting at 6am. I went down at 6:20 and there was nothing so I’m unsure what was going on with that: but there was a very large line of people and no one at the front desk yet again.

Pros: While I could sleep everything was fine. Also super great that they have digital check in and keys so I don’t have to interact with anyone.
Cons: Their “smart thermostat” shut off during the night making it unbearably hot. I called. She said no maintenance and tried to explain what a smart thermostat is. I just wanted to sleep and told her that. She said flip the switch to the half moon. That doesn’t exist. She lied to get me off the phone then kept putting me on hold when I tried to call back. Only way I could get the air to stay on was to keep a light on. Super awful way to spend a night and that money. Probably switching to Marriott.

Cons: It is over priced. We had to pay and additional $17 for parking overnight in an unsecured parking lot. Needless to say there are no views since it is close to MDW airport, which is why I think it is so overpriced. There was no bottled water in the room. Typically, most hotels provide 1 or 2 complementary bottled waters. I had to call the front desk three times to verify the check out time and kept getting placed on hold.

Pros: The December 28, 2015 rain/ice storm delayed our trip home from Jamaica. Hampton Inn had the best rate for a very last minute reservation. They accommodated the eight of us with ease. They made us feel welcome after an unfortunate travel delay. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Would definitely go back even without an unexpected delay. Thanks guys!

Pros: The location is fantastically located between Magnificent Mile and the museum campus. It was easy to get to and offered stunning views!
Cons: The hotel room lacked basic amenities. There was no coat rack in the room. In the unpredictable Chicago weather, our weathered coats needed a place to dry. Housekeeping was stingy on towels, shampoo, and coffee. One tiny bottle of shampoo for a potential of 3 days worth of showers for a family will not cut it. They also did not replenish our coffee. When we asked for more coffee, they brought up 1 Keurig cup of coffee, 2 coffee cups, and 3 sugar and cream packages, which did not make any sense. Also be aware that they add $80 per night to your card for incidentals.

Pros: I stayed here for business and also leisure. I chose this hotel based off of location and it was perfectly placed near all of the great tourism spots in the city. I walked everywhere all weekend, which is a great way to burn off all the delicious food Chicago has to offer. The view from the room of the city and the Chicago river is spectacular. The hotel staff was extremely nice, accommodating and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: The parking fee to keep your car there during your stay is astronomical. We received a note card saying we get a "free gift" for staying there in our room the first morning we were there. When we turned it in, it was a free vacation only if you were over 28 and married and your spouse was staying with you, which I didn't qualify for as my spouse was at home. Because of that, I received one drink with an appetizer purchase (so not a free gift if you have to buy something ) at the hotel resturant. I think gimmicks like this are insulting and a waste of the guests time.

Pros: The staff was excellent. Very helpful, respectful, and pleasant. The doorman, Mark, had exceptional guest service skills. I felt completely taken care of.
Cons: The room was hot and muggy, which didn't change despite having the thermostat set as low as it would go. The elevators took FOREVER. It was not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes once calling the elevator to have it arrive. Food in the hotel was fine, nothing special and expensive.

Cons: As with all hotels, too pricey! Very small front desk area that made it quite crowded when using the Lobby.

We informed the manger on duty who stated that he was unable to help us or even willing to speak to us on the subject that we would have to call the police..to make a long story short..after a long 24hrs of phone calls to the police ..Marriott corporate and having to deal with another rude an unwilling to help manager the next morning.. It took calling hotels.com before we finally got some justice. Not once did this hotel offer their sympathy or any suggestion as to accommodate us better in the situation. They completely detatched an we just checked out. I strongly suggest that you remove this hotel from your list for the sake of your guest safety and privacy.

Pros: This hotel is close to my regional office and I stay here about 4-5 times a year. First, the staff is very friendly. I also love the room size and QUIET heating/cooling with a regular thermostat. I don't like the units that are built in to the wall and noisy. You stil have three fan settings on the thermostat so you can turn it up if you need some white noise. The continental breakfast isn't outstanding. But, it is a notch above most.
Cons: Parking is free. But often the lot is quite full and the only available spots are in the far end of the lot in an overflow area. However, this is a minor complaint. It's still a minute walk to the front door.

Pros: I liked the size of the room, the amenities were exactly what I needed. The decor and the accent walls were lovely! I also liked that they were able to accommodate my request to be given a room on a higher floor, as I had read reviews that it can get quite loud on the weekends. Piping hot showers, and even make up remover towels with their soaps were a nice touch.
Cons: I really didn't like that no one had informed me that the free airport shuttle stops running at 2am, when my flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until after that, especially after having called the hotel beforehand to make sure I would still have a ride. Neither their own website, nor kayak, nor booking.com had this informations. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and after having spent all evening and most of my night traveling, this was the absolute last thing I needed to be worrying about, was safe transportation at 3am.

Pros: The Staff was amazingly helpful with travel questions. Our flight arrived early and they kindly held our bags in the office until check in and gave us breakfast even though we hadn't stayed the night yet. The shuttle from the airport and to or from car rental and Rosemont Train station just by calling is a huge advantage at no extra cost. This allowed us to catch the Blue Line strait into Downtown Chicago easy as can be and we just called for a pick up after sight seeing. Very nice service
Cons: If your room is over the side of the building with the Bar you hear the DJ and Music very very loudly even on 3rd floor On a sunday night from 6pm-1130pm Very disruptive - louder than tv or radio - could hear in the shower. No other choices within walking distance for shops or food Without shuttle or a car you are limited to what is in the hotel.

Pros: Good location relative to airport.
Cons: Noise from the party room and bar downstairs until 2:00 a.m. Do not take a room on the 2nd floor, particularly on a weekend. I spoke on several occassions with the manager, who indicated that because we booked a room via Kayak he would not move us without paying an additional $50.

Pros: The layout is simple and cozy. The bed is so comfy and fluffy yet firm. Lots of outlets. Lots of lamps. Good curtains to block out light. Awesome Fan/Heater/AC unit.
Cons: No ventilation in bathrooms or room in general. No way to open a window either. The air was so dry, then after a shower, too humid because you'd to leave the door open or else you'll pass out in a warm-hot shower temperature. Switching the temperature back & forth to find a comfortable climate was tedious and the air stale. It made us so dreary and uncomfortable we shortened our stay to 2 nights instead of 3.

Pros: This hotel was a nice surprise and left a good impression. The check in staff where friendly and helpful. Wifi was quick and easy to access. The restaurant in the lobby had good food, nice sports bar. Their Shuttle service to the airport runs every half hour, and the hotel is not far from the airport. If I find myself in Chicago again this will be the place I stay for my visit.
Cons: I had no complaints.

Cons: Stayed with my 11yo and 17yo girls. We didn’t sleep because what I can only describe as “ghosts” kept bothering us. At first I thought the kids were tired and paranoid because it is an old hotel after all, but then stuff happened to me. And I was pushed in the shower and something grabbed my hair while I was sitting on the toilet. We barely slept because we kept experiencing and hearing odd things. We left as soon as we could. Pros: All the major sites are walking distance from this hotel. LOCATION
Cons: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so bad it penetrated our clothes. Also, they had water issues during our stay. There was no water coming out and after they "fixed" the issue there was brown water coming out. The hotel has beautiful designs, but it looks run down. All of their furniture looks beat up. The drapes in our room had holes. The front desk had mediocre service. The bellman were very friendly though. This place has lots of potential because of it's design and location. They just may need new management.

Cons: While the exterior of The Congress represents the bygone days of a once glorious hotel, the interior is, sadly, the result of age, poor maintenance, and general neglect. The very first impression I got was the malodorousness that permeated the entire facility. Upon entering my room, the odor was insulting as, clearly, this hotel once permitted smoking (but apparently made no effort to eliminate the persistent smell. The furniture must've been obtained from the local Goodwill as it was well-worn and mismatched. Cracked tile on the bathroom floor made the entire experience unpleasant. Hey Congress owner, it's time for a remodel!

Pros: Margarit at the front desk was phenomenal, and Diaz in security was very helpful.. We came out to catch a couple of Cubs games and sight see. We did not spend much time in our room, which was good because overall comfort was about a 3 out of 10. Old, old old. Reminded me of that 1960's home with the pocket doors, and diamond like door knobs, but has NEVER been updated. A place to lay your head and store your luggage and no more. Although I must admit the pancakes in the rear restaurant from the front desk were GREAT!!!!
Cons: Cold, I mean COLD water in the bathroom. Peeling wall paper. Hotel really needs to be gutted and updated like yesterday. For $200.00 per night the overall appearance of the hotel was about $40.00 per night. Yes we had a good view of Buckingham Fountain over Michigan Ave. And that is the only thing that gave us some, just some of our money's worth.

Cons: Well I didn't have a lot of expectation due to the reviews we saw before we booked it. and sadly most of them are true. The first day we got to the Hotel, there was a rat walking in the middle the lobby. At first we were kind of disappointment but things happen. what we didn't like that it took about 20 mins until staff actually did something about. The hotel has strong dirty smell in the lobby, and bad one in the hallways, like if they never clean the carpet. While the hotel its old, it is not a excuses to have walls scratch , parts missing and lack of customer service. The rooms were okay, barely clean and outdated a/c unit. Cons: We had booked this reservation in advance because we were scheduled for a very long overnight layover in Chicago. Our flight to Chicago was cancelled because of weather, as were many others that night, and we were rerouted but the airport would not cancel our reservation, charging us for a room that we had no way of using. We would have thought that a hotel inside an airport would have been more understanding, particularly since I'm sure they filled our room with stranded passengers, but they wouldn't even begin to discuss the issue when we called that night. We were severely disapointed

Pros: It's at the airport
Cons: I hated that they overcharged because it was bad weather in the o'hare area. The price went up by more than 70% and I think that is taking advantage of people.

Pros: The location is great. The price I got was low ($110).
Cons: The hotel is from the 1980's and hasn't aged well. I couldn't get the wi-fi set up as it required logging in with my Hilton Honors ID and I couldn't remember my password. There was a long queue (about 15 rooms of guests) to check in and not enough staff to handle, resulting in a 25 min wait to check in. The check-in process took a while with each person being told too much info: just hand us the keys. I was required to leave my keys with a valet while briefly parked to check in, and it took 10 min to track him down again and get the keys back.

Pros: The place was comfortable and easy to get to.
Cons: Flight was cancelled so I tried to get a room. Staff quoted me $350 for a night. I told them their online listing was $100 less, showing them on the Kayak app. They instructed me to step out of line and "book it if you think you can get a room", which I did.

Pros: The views of the O'hare airport from the 10th floor were awesome, bed was very comfortable, extremely convenient for business travel, nice hotel restaurant and transportation from the hotel was seamless, upgraded room came with free WiFi (odd to charge for this Ina business hotel)
Cons: Upgraded my room for $50 more per night and the in room TV and ordering system was nonfunctional. Pretty antiquated on demand system and the TV remote didn't work well. In the hotel's defense they offered to switch rooms but honestly I didn't want to pack back up and move, also it's an extra charge for the workout facilities and pool/spa (maybe not if you get the more expensive room)

Pros: Gaslight Club! The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and most of the staff was customer service oriented.
Cons: There were not enough people at registration, so there was a long wait to check-in. There was one woman who just stood by one of the other agents and then went to the far right and stood by another agent and just walked away when I asked her for help. It was very distressing, as I had a dinner date waiting.

Cons: My husband went to make coffee in the room when he got water from the sink it was a milky white color. We tried a couple more times to see if it was a fluke, it was not. When we called down to the desk she said she would send maintenance, it was 12:30 am and we had just gotten in on a flight so we just asked for a bottle of water. We were told that it would cost $4 for one when it was their water that was not clean. Worst customer service we have ever had at a Hilton.

Cons: Stopped by the bar for a light dinner. The tables were not clean and the server was overwhelmed. I waited twenty minutes for her to acknowledge me and at least ten more minutes for her to clean the table. I was meeting someone at that location otherwise I would have left. When we received our food it was less than good. I had to ask three times for our bill!
"Located in O'Hare, this hotel is within 3 miles (5 km) of Rivers Casino, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and Rosemont Theatre. Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District is 3 mi (4.8 km) away. Cumberland Station is 12 minutes by foot. "

Cons: We booked using hotels.com for a room with two double beds and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. Upon arriving we were told this type of room did not exist at the hotel. We were given a two double bed accommodation with no separate seating area, no sofa, and no rollaway bed. I advise to never book at hotels.com since the "best they could do" was give only a partial refund even though they were in the wrong for offering a nonexistent room choice and the room rate for what we were given would have been way less.

Cons: Hotel was not clean my room was very dirty and dusty and out dated. The carpet had a Oder we found food in the hall way. It look like there was illegal activity going on. I will never stay at this hotel again also very poorly managed. I only stayed at this hotel for 7hr. I complain for 1hr and slept for 6hr then I checkout.

Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel room, friendly reception and good facilities. Free shuttle from airport helped us until we secured our rental car the next day.
Cons: Bed was too firm for my liking. Shuttle driver was grumpy. Didn't realize we had to pay for breakfast so I was surprised at the $40 bill for 3 people.

Pros: The staff were really great. We had never been in the area so they gave us great suggestions and were sweet even with all the questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. It's real close to the airport and they have constant shuttles going and they are more than willing to make sure you get a Taxi if the shuttle is full.
Cons: Not really much horrible things to say.

Pros: I liked the wood laminate flooring rather than carpet.

Pros: I have in many Motel 6 bit this one was a little pricey.
Cons: I didn't like the service the guy in front desk gave me a smoking room without even asking and I had my child with me, so I had so come back to the front desk to change it because I guess they don't use common sense or follow the reservation details . They room was overall clean, but the bed still had hair from previous use I guess they are not wasted well, I went into two different rooms and they both were like this.

Pros: Convenient to the O'Hare Int'l Airport
Cons: Exterior in very poor condition and the rooms were furnished with outdated fixtures and the carpet in bad condition. Need I say more. I have stayed with Motel 6 in the past and have found them to be acceptable. This one not so!

Pros: The whole place was run down and dirty. There were large bugs crawling and flying around my room. Lights didn’t work. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Being so close to O’Hare, the noise from the jets was deafing and they landed and took off 24 hours a day. The internet didn’t work the first day and then when it was running, I had to pay for it and it was extremely slow. I would not stay there again if they gave me it to me free.
