Cons (-) Noise: I could hear all my neighbors during normal hours, from normal conversations to children screaming and their TVs or music, which is normal but annoying. However, you can't sleep with all the slamming doors and loud TVs going on between 11 pm and 6 am. The A/C/heater is super loud, too. Ridiculously loud.
