Landed here to take a lake tour and start Route 66 adventure. I have never seen such cold unfriendly staff anywhere. They need training or firing. Difficult automobile access. we will do the route again, but won't stay here. Oh, Chicago pizza is vastly overrated.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was central to everything we did over the weekend.
Cons (-) Bed was not very comfortable and a staff member at the front desk for check-in seemed not to be enjoying the process/day she was involved in at that point.

Pros (+) Each room has a mini fridge and microwave. Business center with Internet access and printer available. Beds were comfy and clean. Located near cta train and buses. Convenience stores and restaurants very close by.
Cons (-) Would have loved to have cheaper breakfast options available at the hotel and complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. Dining area in the lobby is convenient but very expensive.
