Pros (+) The location was great for what we needed it for, valet and bellhop were friendly and accommodating
Cons (-) The housekeeping schedule was very odd. We were expecting something in the morning or afternoon but had no housekeeping the first day and a half, didn’t even get housekeeping or an attempt at it until the night before we left, which would’ve happened between 7:30 and 9:30 that night while we were out.

Pros (+) We like the very kind and courteous staff. We did like that they moved us to a new room when we requested to be moved. We like the price point and the location.
Cons (-) We didn't like that they put us on a floor where they were doing construction right outside the window. We didn't like that there was water damage and mold on the wallpaper by the window. We didn't like the beds were uncomfortable.

Cons (-) They changed our reservation for a suite with two beds and a pull out couch to 1 king bed. Could not find the 3rd party email to show them this was wrong, had to pay an "upgrade fee" to get what we had already paid for.
