The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning was a little loud, so took a little getting used to. The attached restaurant now closes at 3:00, so no option for supper or room service. That was one reason for initially booking this hotel. Was able to go to Gino's East across street and get a great Caesar salad to go, so we were still able to eat without having to go away from hotel.
Drab, dark rooms. Split elevator lobby on my floor - had to carry bag up flight of stairs to room.
I liked the location and the easy access to the restaurants and too places we wanted to go.
The room seemed small for the amount of money I paid. I understand it’s the city but it really wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid! Another thing is reservations cancellations and booking of my hotel stay was very choppy and was very unorganized. I called 6 times just to make sure my stay was in the books. I decided to go with one day instead of two which I ended up calling two days prior to cancel the booking; when I went to check out they charged me the second day... yes I received the refund back three days prior.
Great location and the staff was very helpful, especially the baggage carriers.
I was provided a spacious (yet quite empty) room with a legitimately fantastic bed.
For around $325 a night, I was surprised by how pedestrian the hotel was. Wrapped bars of soap, no pool, no bar, no branded amenities and an empty minifridge are not what I expect for this type of cash.
