I took my mother to Chicago for a mother-daughter weekend to celebrate her birthday. The staff at the Blackstone did not disappoint in helping make the experience truly memorable, helping create memories that will last a lifetime. 😁

Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was the best and very reasonably priced. All staff were extremely helpful.

Pros (+) Rooms are pretty clean and comfort
Cons (-) Staff was really bad, they treat you in a bad way, they didnt provide any help, they charge you for everything. I asked for a double bed room and they charged me extra 20$ even I requested the room weeks ago, Internet isnt free and is really expensive.
