Rooms are pretty clean and comfort
Staff was really bad, they treat you in a bad way, they didnt provide any help, they charge you for everything. I asked for a double bed room and they charged me extra 20$ even I requested the room weeks ago, Internet isnt free and is really expensive.

Like this place.
For Chicago Michigan Avenue, the price is good for quality, clean rooms. Yes the room is small but very functional. Large bathrooms and plenty of storage.
