Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with several mentioning spacious accommodations, especially in upgraded suites. However, service received mixed feedback: while some staff were described as friendly and helpful, others were noted as rude or unprofessional, and issues with valet, check-in, and undisclosed fees were common complaints. Despite some negative experiences, the positive aspects of location, cleanliness, and room size stood out for most guests.
