Pros (+) Great location to everything in the city! You can walk to the Riverwalk which has so many things to do! very clean hotel and staff is so so accommodating and welcoming!
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable! Had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress! Other than that no complaints

Pros (+) One of the best hotels in Chicago. Ideal location to everything in the city, wonderful staff and service, Roof Top Bar is excellent. Overall best hotel experience I've had in Chicago.
