Pros. The decor and rooms very nice, and the proximity to restaurants and entertainment was perfect. The rooftop bar was a desirable place to be.
Cons. Free waters weren't offered for Hilton honors members like other Hilton brand hotels. The only free waters were 2 11oz bottles in the room, which is not what I've come to expect when staying in Hilton hotels. This is a perk I love because I drink a lot of water. Also, there is no incentive for hotel guests to go to the rooftop bar. The cost for admittance is the same no matter what, and you would think they would want their guests to spend more time at their hotel.

Cons. The wit hotel is definitely a great spot. My husband and I went on a very cold winter day. It was nice they have the club/bar on 27th this way we didn't have to leave the hotel. We would stay ther again.
Pros. Great location to everything in the city! You can walk to the Riverwalk which has so many things to do! very clean hotel and staff is so so accommodating and welcoming!
Cons. The bed was very uncomfortable! Had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress! Other than that no complaints
Pros. One of the best hotels in Chicago. Ideal location to everything in the city, wonderful staff and service, Roof Top Bar is excellent. Overall best hotel experience I've had in Chicago.
Pros. Extremely convenient for getting to the Chicago Theatre.
Cons. The fridge didn't work so the brought up a dented scratched fridge and set it in the middle of the room. The room was not clean. No hospitality. Way over priced!!!!
