Pros: Staff, breakfast and overall facilities.

Cons: Needs heated pool and a better gym. The machines at the gym are old and no free weights.

Pros: Helpful staff, really friendly, activities around the pool for adults and kids. Food was very nice and just a all round beautiful hotel

Cons: Dinner wasn’t with all inclusive drinks which wasn’t stated when I booked that was the only issue

Cons: Confusion between Booking.com and hotel: Booking said breakfast was included/ Hotel said it wasn't (in the end, Maurizio kindly included breakfast!) The bathroom didn´t have any soap!

Pros: Great location and helpful friendly staff. Fabulous view from the balcony along Ponta Negra beach.

Cons: Chairs on the balcony would be useful so we didn't need to move furniture from inside to sit outside.

Pros: The main plus, was the location of the apartment and it’s balcony looking at the ocean close by, so close to hear the waves crushing on the beach. An amazing view, probably the best honestly in Ponta Negra. Manager Morricio and his staff members were just so available, hospitable, helpful and friendly!

Cons: The apartment needed some fixing on arrival, in particular to close properly the glass sliding doors and fixing the TV. Morricio responded very quickly to fix those problems. The furniture is not very new, in particular the couch was completely brocken, and extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was nice but The overall pots and pans, cutlery, overall ustensiles are well below what anyone would expect from such a high end apartment. The cabinet doors in the bedrooms are in need to be repainted.

Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic and there's a beautiful view of the beach. The outdoor area has two pools, one hot and one cold, and both very large. There are also comfortable couches and sitting areas outside making it the perfect place to relax. There was a lot for breakfast and the stock changed regularly.

Cons: The check in was a little confusing. When we entered the room we were followed by staff with an agreement to sign, saying we agree to not bring any external food items inside the hotel, and listed the various costs of things. The room didn't have any information book or anything so we didn't know when breakfast ended, what the number was for reception, whether there was room service or what was on offer. Our card for the room kept randomly not working. The staff were nice but it felt somewhat understaffed at times. We were sitting by the pool bar and one staff member was moving constantly between there, the restaurant, and going up the elevator to rooms. It felt like there needed to be a team, so it took like 15 or 20 minutes for us to get two drinks. While the hotel itself and the staff are great, I think the business would benefit from better policies and management to make work easier for staff and the facilities more inviting for guests.

Pros: Lovely looking facility, great pool, close to beach, comfortable rooms

Cons: Very understaffed - staff that were there were, understandably, a little surly as rushed off their feet. Difficult to converse or be understood in either Spanish or English. Food pretty average.

Cons: The pictures look a lot nicer than what it was. Bed linen not really tucked under mattress so it moved and no mattress protectors.

Pros: -the location, you had a road so you could easily go to the beach during the day. -the pool, great! -the warm, fantastic shower -the helpful boy who carried us luggage and helped us well

Cons: -No reception could speak English or have difficulty in helping us. -There was a lot of noise in the breakfast room, luckily we were allowed to sit outside. -No shampoo or new towels. For a good price-quality ratio that is allowed. -it is a busy hotel so you should not come here for peace

Pros: Great place for Families. Fairly close walk to beach.

Pros: Really, the perfect stay. If there were a dividing wall, creating a room within the flat, we would have enjoyed the privacy. But it was clear that there was not, and the roomy flat was more than comfortable.

Cons: On sunday after breakfast We could not use any of the 6 available sunbeds. I suggest during pick host presence to propose more sunbeds.

Pros: I have stayed in this hotel on various occasions over the last 6 years, and have always been very satisfied in all respects. The staff very amenable, the feeling of being in a small hotel , well run, personal attention etc. The ocean directly in front of the hotel, a small pool area, but with a lovely outdoor bar/restaurant, all help to make the stay enjoyable. Food has always been very good, and service too. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Cons: The service is not commensurate with the price at all. This is one of the most expensive hotels in Natal—they belong to a hotel group called “Roteiros de Charme” (Charming Itineraries), but the service is mediocre at best and not to the level of a hotel that touts itself as a boutique hotel. The room’s door is posted with a list of 18 rules that guests must follow; the receptionist presented us with a form taking responsibility for beach towels, even though we hadn’t decided if we’d even go to the beach or the pool—he insisted that I sign the form even though it was blank. I booked an Ocean View room for my wife’s birthday, but the view from my veranda looked at the hotel across the street (if you stretch your neck, you can see part of the ocean from the room). The internet was incredibly slow; while they advertise that all the rooms have satellite TV, ours didn’t work (we were told that it was a provider problem, but why wasn’t it noticed before the room was rented?). They do not provide shower caps in the bathroom; the coffee maker in our room didn’t work. Parking is terrible—they have 4 parking spots. During the night, I was bit by some insect and had an allergic reaction. My wife tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered. We had to go down and ask if there was a 24-hour pharmacy nearby; the reception indicated a pharmacy, but on the way there, I found one that was closer (thank goodness). Despite all this, my wife didn’t let this ruin her birthday, but this was not the experience I wanted to give her. Won’t be coming back to stay here.

Pros: Charming Hotel, Great and helpful staff

Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second, very relaxing place right by the beach with a nice pool area and restaurant facing the sea. The staff were lovely, very friendly and always happy to help. We stayed at a place further down the coastline that week and kept commenting to each other how much cleaner Manary was...

Pros: Stylish decor, room, pillows, bathroom, top seafront location, beach, superb poolside restaurant and perfect hotel maintenance.

Cons: Small and cold swimming pool. Beach amenities, like sunshades, are removed at 3PM. 10% service tax added to the bill.

Pros: everything. This is a great place for the money

Pros: Delicious breakfest and great location, near a bunch of restaurants. Clean towels and sheets. There is some kitchenware to use on the flat. Parking is inside the building and the staff is super polite.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was some spots on sanitary ware (ceramics) and hair on the sink when I arrived, causing clogging. There was also a lipstick stain on one of the glasses on the fridge.

Pros: Staff are really nice, breakfast is complete, location is amazing just 2 min walking from the beach and the rooms have amazing views to the beach too!

Cons: They lack some facilities in the room, but in general they provide you with everything.

Cons: Pillows: sounds minor, but pillows were awful, and a little extra investment would make the experience way better. The room was also quite small for a family of 4 people, I'd rather take 2 rooms instead as they all look the same size. Finally, staff was very friendly, but they weren't knowledgeable about tours, beaches and cities to visit. A simple training on the topic would make guests much more welcome :)

Cons: Although all rooms come with kitchen none of them have any utensils , and did nit relise this before booking. I think they should have utensils otherwise what’s the point in having a kitchin. I mean I’m English and do not live in Brazil so I would not have a frying pan etc

Pros: -amazing view - every single day "room service" - helpful crew -good and new airco - great place for single and for families - quiet - comfortable rooms -2 TV in room ( for me TV it's not important, because i came on vacation- not to looking TV - a lot of restaurants /stores/and etc near hotel - i been there 17 days, and every day 'restaurant" was really good cleaned - towels for swimming pool you can take by reception -guys on reception really nice and friendly ( Greetings for Steve (Polish Girls from Netherlands) - strange people can not came from the street on hotel - good security from the front and back side - parking - for sure we gonna back in November 2020 ;-)

Cons: only man on reception and manager speaking English...so for me that was "problem" , but

Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful, restaurant manager Fernando was very accommodating, and the cleaning lady (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was wonderful.

Pros: It is a beautiful building, but sadly very badly managed. The staff is nice and efficient, but the owner/ management should do some serious thinking. I was given a room with a balcony facing a huge damp wall just a few meters away. I asked to be moved because it was simply depressing and I was promptly upgraded to a better one. It faced the other side of the street and a bit of sea above the building opposite. I complained about two minor faults in the room and they were promptly fixed. The breakfast was as sparse as they could get away in a Brazilian hotel, however, the lady who prepared and served it was very pleasant, obviously hard working and cooks a great tapioca (there was no sign inform guests that they could request it).

Cons: It is obvious that the hotel had seen better days and is being run on a budget. The rooms are huge but scarcely decorated. A lot of space in the apartments with no use. A living room with only a shabby sofa. It advertises a kitchen, but it is just an skeleton, with nothing, no microwave, no utensils, no hob. Unusable. In fact, there is no kitchen just a waste of space. They were also mean on the little comforts, like no bedside lamp. Maybe they don't expect their guests to read in bed! How much do they cost in IKEA/Casas Americanas? I booked a room for one person and on the second day, they removed the second bath towel. I arrived at 11.30pm from a long haul flight crazy for a swim, but the very small swimming pool is only open from 10am to 10pm. There was no beer in the fridge on the night I arrived, just soft drinks and water. There is a charge of R$5 for a help yourself coffee machine on the lobby. The whole atmosphere felt just mean. After the two days I had paid for in advance, I moved to a much better hotel for a just slightly higher tariff.

Pros: Great location, very nice and helpful staff, very pleasant patio.

Pros: Beautiful place with lots of trees and different animals: birds, fish, small lizards and small monkeys if your lucky enough. It feels like a hotel in the nature which is nice and relaxing. Allround price/location and accomodation i would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was good too( plenty to choose from)

Pros: The last morning of my stay the staff BROUGHT me breakfast. Wonderful place for nature environment in the city. They also took care of dune tour for me. If I go to Natal again, I would definitely stay here!
