Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for exploring the area and accessing nearby attractions. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as good or very good, though some guests found it lacking in variety or quality. Service received mixed feedback: while some staff, especially in the breakfast area, were described as friendly and attentive, others, particularly at reception, were criticized for being unhelpful or rude. Cleanliness was also mixed, with some guests noting spotless rooms and others reporting issues like mold, leftover items, or poor bathroom hygiene. Room comfort, especially bed quality, varied, with several guests finding beds uncomfortable or in need of replacement, while others found them satisfactory. Overall, while the location and some amenities were highlights, improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and room comfort were suggested.
