Pros (+) ALL staff that we incountered from valet to bellman house keeping and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Having worked in the hotel industry it was easy to spot a top notch beautiful hotel with an amazing staff.
Cons (-) Toilet was loose or unattached to the bathroom floor but still functioned properly.
