Pros (+) Staff was helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean. Very cool old building but rooms were up to date! Can’t forget about the free cupcakes!!!! Yummy! I’m very sad they changed the name of the hotel!

Pros (+) Everything about this stay was top notch. Every single encounter with an employee was pleasant, polite and helpful. Rooms, common areas and restaurant were comfortable and spotless. We could not have asked for a better location - central to everything.

We borrowed their bikes and had an excellent ride around the lake. View was awesome down State street. We arrived a early on Thursday morning and allowed to go right up to an available room. Pros (+) The hotel was perfect and beautiful. The style blended well with our modern tastes but need for historic romance. The beds... were... AMAZING. All the linens as well.

Cons (-) Didn't patronize the Atrwood? Restaurant although attractive ambience, Prices were prohibitive. Cup of cofffee: #$4.00, Eggs bENEDICT: $15.00 Fugget about it.
