My wife and I thought the hotel was in a perfect location to the places we wanted to visit. Also, the staff were very professional and helpful during our two day stay. The only thing that I thought could have been better was the initial entrance area to the hotel and bathrooms on the 2nd floor could have been cleaner which would have gave the appearance when entering that it was a luxury hotel.

Perfect location, one block off Michigan Ave! Very quiet, you don’t hear the city noise, and we never heard anyone else on the floor other than a door closing. Bathroom amenities are top notch. Everything was sparkling clean. Tempo cafe next door is great for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Pros (+) Bed was super comfy. Views were amazing. Overall feel was very modern.
Cons (-) Temperature control was a bit dicey; had to get up in the middle of the night because no matter what we set the thermostat to, it went absolutely boiling once we were asleep. Hair dryer didn't work (so I'm told).

Pros (+) Clean, great location, spacious room, free WiFi, nice restaurant and bar, helpful doormen, robes and slippers and separate tub and shower. Lanvin toiletries too. Appreciated that housekeeping checked in with us and brought extra towels/robe for our son.
